Pokemon sequel is under development for DS

Did that video say if you trade all 3 of the legendary horses it unlocks the new legendary?
I understood that you need 1 of them to get Zoroark.

Also:

Whoooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa you can push people!!

It seems the guys in the background definitely said something about the pushed guys being pissed off. It seems like the text is them screaming at you.

There's definitely some text popping up before the dude pushes someone.

It seems like you can hear other people without interacting with them. It's still a guess though, so it might not be like that.

Hmm, I wonder if the beasts unlock Zoraoak or if it's a special type. Considering it has a pre-evolution. Unless it's one of those Manaphy/Phone things.
They already said something about the next Coro Coro revealing how to evolve Zorua to Zoroark.

They're not mad or anything, just talking (more like saying a weird phrase).

Hard to see with the quality, but I think one says "Is that so?", and I think another is saying "Bye bye".

I assume the idea is that they're not really talking to you. I don't think you're pushing them out of the way either, but we'll see.

The animations look cool. Too bad I will never see them as the first thing I will do when I get the game is turn off battle animations.

Pretty much.
The footage was good, but the battles look even slower :(

Finally, pushing people. I fuckin' hated being stuck in a corner waiting for the NPC to move. Happened too much in HG.

The presenters say 'the people are avoiding!'.

So, not pushing directly.

Looked pretty fast to me. All depends on the speed of selecting things with the UI, Gen 4 games all had like 0.4 seconds of lag after you made your selection.

Actually, looking at it again, it seems that there are just the idle animations, and various shaking etc. from previous games when hit by attacks. Still looks good though.

Especially with Tsutaaja's 'yeah, that's right' head shake:lol

And another link to Filb HQ footage:

edit: a bit beaten there.

As far as battle speed goes, it looks like the attacks may take more time, but the health seems to drop much faster, and... you know how you flicker after getting hit and then your health drops? Well, both happen at the same time now.

I'm pretty hyped, though. Nice music! Plus, not all of the animated battle sprites look so weird.

If someone can make an animated GIF of Mijumaru's animations I will love you forever.

Why would you do that? said:

Oooh, good catch!

It's looking like HG/SS were the perfect epitome of the old, now the games are gonna feel fun and fresh. :D

Looking good.

Haha, yeah, as neat as it looks I'll turn them off a few hours in. I want to feel the change to quicker battles. :lol
