3DS is doing well, but it's no where near the combined lifetimes of the 360+PS3. It'll likely never be. Almost no chance of a platform exclusive, even pokemon, dethroning GTA.

Incoming newb question. I'm getting this for my 7 year old. I played red a looong time ago, I liked it but didn't have my own gameboy. I kind of want to play this new one but is it possible to have 2 seperate saves on the 3ds? I don't want to mess up his game when I play.

I want Charmander to be a mixed attacker. Got a Rash natured one (+Sp.Atk -Sp.Def). I'll take it.

Should be possible. It just takes time. Starters always have pretty stupidly low rates of being female.



Standard builds for Blzaiken tend to be either Jolly or Adamant. You don't want to go -Atk because it's high physical is one of Blaze's main benefits.

ahh ok so jolly is prob good then bc it will boost its meh spd since it already had decent atk. But i was also planning on using charizard and hes going to be physical too right so i was going to get him as adamant probably. so wasnt sure if it was good to have two fire types that were that similar

Before the game came out, people were speculating that with the digital version you can install the game on 2 separate SD cards and switch those out to have two separate saves. Not sure if that panned out. Barring that, only other way would to be have separate copies of the game.

Having two similar pokemon like that would probably be bad on a competitive team, but for in-game pretty much anything goes.

After the first gym, in the same city, the Gym Leader's sister will handle you the exp. share.

You have to level it up while it has a Fairy type move and I'm pretty sure you have to either max or get close to maxing out its bond in Amie.
