Yeah, that sounds a little broken. The exp share in previous games was a serious reward to recieve, and this feels like it trivializes it.
Not me. I would otherwise grind the levels or just not use more than three Pokemon so it's a much appreciated boon that I'm going to take full advantage of.

I'm in two minds about this. On the one hand I feel like it would make my guys over leveled. But on the other hand, I'll be able to roll with more than just three Pokemon which is what I would normally do to avoid having to train a bunch of pokes. I'll definitely use it in the post game once I've got Pokemon together and EV trained.

Nope. The only thing it saves is time. Funny how people are calling it "easy mode" as if grinding your Pokemon to get levels was ever a measure of difficulty.
I just have the habit to use a bit more those in my team that are a bit behind in terms of lvl. With that thing I probably wouldn't use some at all unless I need their typing.
It's part of my fun. I like to see my monsters grow each at a time. Also useful to determine which ones suck.
It's also why I always wish I could restart the game with another team of lvl 1 without losing my stuff. Thankfully now there is an app for that. Well, in december.

Do we know if there's going to be a relatively painless way to retrain EVs this time around? I don't want to screw up my Torchic's stats if it's going to be a pain in the ass to fix it.

I was looking at it. Apparently the hardcover version is on Amazon for $12, so I think it's a good deal, despite it coming out in two weeks.
I feel like using it will make using 6 (or more) Pokemon less of a burden so I'll probably be keeping in on. Depends on the status of HMs this gen and how many "battle" members I'll be using.

Hell no. I'm usually 10+ levels underlevelled throughout the game. Gonna be awesome to use Exp All while still getting Amulet Coin money.
Yeah and it's going to be awesome because you can now stack Exp All + Power Items to train 6 at once.

I've had it on all this time and am seriously considering turning it off, already massively outlevel every trainer before the 2nd gym.

Loving every single aspect of it except that I find it easier than previous ones.
So far what I find more amazing is the PSS. It'w awesome to be wandering around and have a pop-up saying that someone wants to trade or combat.

Keeping it on. Going to be rotating pokemon quite a bit ( Still using a "Main" crew for gym battles and such). But I'd like to have a big trade fodder folder full of fully evolved stuff quickly.
