No, Alito was confirmed with 58 votes and Thomas with just 52.
There was a piece in WaPo recently (or maybe it was the Times) about Trump's babysitters, and how Bannon, Priebus, and Conway will go with him anywhere regardless of how useful or needed they actually are in a situation.

"Republicans always fall in line" is an overly simplistic analysis. One of their biggest concerns is getting re-elected. Even if this thing passes the House, you can be sure Senators are seeing just how unpopular it is. Ultimately the GOP fell in line behind Trump once it was clear that he still had a chance to win despite everything. This seems a lot more like Bush's Social Security privatization plan, which fell apart despite Republicans having a far more functional majority because they didn't want to be saddled with something so unpopular.
They don't have the votes now, so they don't have much of a choice.
There were reports that White House was prepping for as late as 2 am tonight. I could see it going into the evening for sure.

At least 200 members of the house are willing to vote for something that is supported by less than 1/5 of the population. I can't imagine this even getting a serious look if it wasn't for the gerrymandering and location based polarization that defines the current house.
If they really are losing votes as the day goes on, this is hilarious.
