So let's assume they go with this Michigan solution (though I'm reluctant to give them full delegate count when they're primary was the worse of the two), and they go with the previous Osmin (sp?) Petition solution for Florida. How would that leave anything, and what wack-job reasoning will Hillary use to stay in the race until the convention at that point?

Bill Clinton has said they will go with the RBC decision

Doesn't mean they won't come up with some spin to stay in the race and keep making noise all the way up to the convention. Hillary is pretty much crazy at this point.

Like hell they will. The Clintons will go with whatever helps them win... if the result isn't good for them, I have no confidence that they'll honor it.

Obama camp better support this 69-59 allocation
They should. It's supported by incredibly weak logic, but the end result is ok.

scorcho said:
nope, they should be docked half their delegate total as well
Right - the ratio is ok, but the state should be penalized.

Agreed. I'm just paraphrasing what I heard. I don't doubt they will be bitches about it.

They have to support a half-vote. Otherwise this waiver crap would be claimed to be able to be used by Florida also to get a full vote.

Exactly. They might release the vote down the road but they have to support the original half-vote plan for the time being. And that protest turnout is Hillary-ously pathetic..... sorry.

What complete bullshit.

This is the most unjust piece of shit I have ever seen.

There will be no party unity after this.

I'm completely disgusted with the democratic party.

That grilling of the Obama supporter was totally setup. It's purpose is to totally get Florida voters mad at Obama so he can lose it in November.

Fuck the Democratic party.

God, I hate democrats so much.

I remember watching a Clinton-Obama debate back in Febuary and thinking about how we had two great candidates, and wondering if there was anyway we could mess this up.

I forgot: never underestimate the ability of the democratic party to royally fuck up a good situation.

You're telling me that grilling of the only Obama supporter to show up wasn't purposely setup to trap him into saying that they wouldn't support 100% seating of the florida delegates to make it look bad on the Obama campaign?

That's exactly what took place.

Yea call me bizarre cheebs or whatever the fuck you wanna say, but apparently I'm the only person that noticed the bias bullshit that went on during the questioning phase of wexler. Such a disrespectful thing didn't happen for anyone else.

Why exactly didn't they decide to grill Ausman on the 100% seating? Go ahead tell me why they didn't?

They waited for a representative from the Obama campaign and went at him. You can't tell me that isn't what happened.

Actually, it's only the hard working, uneducated, white democrats that are fucking it up.

The only ridiculous part so far is that they are trying to argue that Obama should get 0 delegates in Michigan simply because his name wasn't on the ballot and they couldn't vote for him.

It doesn't matter. This will all be forgotten by Tuesday, and the party will unite under one candidate. Don't be so pessimistic.

There's obviously not a perfect solution here. How would you resolve the allocation?

If that's ridiculous, then what about when they argued that Hillary should get some of the uncommitted votes after arguing that Obama shouldn't get any? :lol

WOLF is nailing Nelson in a corner. It's great.

"I support full votes for the delegates"

"But you support a proposal that means they get half a vote"

"I say again I support a full seating"

MAKE UP YOUR MIND NELSON (I used to like you)

Ah Ickes, at least you're blatantly partisan:p

typhon: Yeah, Ickes is one of the proponents of the delegates being stripped in the first place, it's hilarious.

You're too optimistic. There is all evidence to the contrary. Sorry. You can call it being pessimistic.

They are even trying to screw Obama over with Michigan and give him 0 delegates? :lol
