Omfg it IS Coldplay inspired *.* on RIHpeat
Even taking out Godney out of the equation doesn't explain JESSICA SIMPSON making more money without a music career and being WORTH MORE than ha. Talk about STRUGGLES
Then again y'all are used to your fave FAILING to do ANYTHING worth note.
Xtincta to this day stays TRYING tho
And the DEAD FEMMEBOT is still more SUCCESSFUL even in her COMA.
i CANNOT @ peeps thinking Jessica Simpson has any claim to the $750,000 - $1,000,000 her brand is estimated to be worth.A company licences her name to sell stuff, and Jessica has NO claim to any of that bank but what she's paid to use her name. She's not Kathy Ireland/The Olsen Twins.

more like The Cranberries inspired. It sounds like Dreams, tbh.

The sound of a boyband crying out in terror before being suddenly silenced.

State of Grace :O So good. Guitars everywhere. Solo written as you can tell since the lyrics are more thought out than the Max Martin collabs (I love those songs too, just saying)
I'm walking fast through the traffic lights
busy streets and busy lives
and all we know
is touch and go
we are alone with our changing minds
we fall in love till it hurts, or bleeds, or fades in time
and I never
saw you coming
and I'll never
be the same
You come around and the armor falls
Pierce the room like a cannonball
now all we know
is don't let go
We are alone just you and me
up in your room and our slates are clean
just twin fire signs
four blue eyes
so you were never a saint
and I love your shades of wrong
you learn to live with the pain
mostly of broken hearts
but this love is rainin wild
and I never
saw you coming
and I'll never
be the same
this is the state of grace
this is the worthwhile fight
love is a ruthless game
unless you play it good and right
these are the hands of fate
you are my Achilles heel
this is the golden age of something good
and right and real
and I never saw you coming
and I'll never be the same
[repeat]
This is the state of grace
this is the worthwhile fight
love is a ruthless game
unless you play it good and right

Just as they did 6 years ago with Something Kinda Ooooh off of The Sound of Girls Aloud, the girls have returned with a blast of pop of the fiercest proportions: Its incredible. An instant smash. The ultimate. Perfection..
[Listen] Taylor Swift rocks out on State of Grace
Taylor Swifts Red promo singles have done a good job of showing us many different sides of Tay Tays upcoming album. There was the Avril-esque bubblegum of the lead single We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, the wistful balladry of Begin Again, the country-tinged pop-rock of Red, and that desperate but-still-catchy dubstep track I Knew You Were Trouble. Now Taylors serving up her first big radio-ready rock anthem with Reds final promo single State of Grace which really isnt too far off something you might hear from the likes of U2 or Snow Patrol.
Its a really big sound, Taylor said when describing the song on Good Morning America. To me, this sounds like the feeling of falling in love in an epic way.
Big and epic are certainly two words to describe it. The sweeping cut is drenched in reverby guitars and Florence + the Machine style drums, with Swifts surprisingly robust voice cutting through the chaos and echoing off the walls.
And I never saw you coming, she wails. And Ill never be the same.
It should be noted that State of Grace, along with Begin Again and Red were all solely penned by Swift, and are not Max Martin collaborations like the albums other singles. The three cuts are easily the most mature tunes from Red so far, not to mention the best, making it clear that the songstress really soars when she goes it alone and doesnt compromise her sound to fit into current pop trends.
Taylor Swift State of Grace
Theres no two ways about it, State of Grace is Taylor Swift doing U2s With Or Without You. And its heart-soaringly beautiful. So epic, so enchanting a blue-skies anthem to open-hearted hope. A vocal melody that builds and glides up above swathes of chiming guitar straight out of The Edges copybook. Theres wonderfully pretty lyrics; these are the hands of fate, youre my Achilles heel chief among them in one swoop, Swift has landed on perhaps her most mature moment yet as a recording artiste, the girl grown into a woman, and bringing it to bear with all her assembled power as both musician and much-loved pop talent.
Something else to bear in mind like the excellent Red and Begin Again, State of Grace was written solely by Swift herself. No other songwriters, no other input. Just her. That cute twenty-two year old, constructing a song as boldly ambitiously brilliant as this. Probably knocking it out over a cup of tea or two. Thats how good Swift is.
Going by State of Grace and the previous taster singles, Taylors Red album is shaping up to be one of the real contenders for pop release of the year. Forget Carly Rae Jepsen (our previous holder of the title), if the rest of the album cuts are even two-thirds as good as this, Swift will have created something of staggeringly good proportions.
