Lotus I kept the intro, make the world move, your body, let there be love and circles

I don't do ballads and don't like either of their voices for slower songs

The song is one of the few I still use from that wretched album, so this awkward, low-budget tripe is an utter letdown. Based on the lyrics, I imagined that a potential video for the song would either be a caper-style chase with JT as the perverted sex offender or a creepy, voyeuristic Rear Window-style short film.

Anything would've been better than this me-too porno flick. What kind of backwards universe where #MARIAHCAREY is serving better videos than the likes of JT and Rihanna this year?

A yin and a yang doesn't make a full circle? Dualities are a very strong (and common) theme, and you need one side for the other to hold more power. If the entire album was about one side of love or relationships then it would be completely one-dimensional. You need ambiguity, conflict, complexity. That makes for a stronger message in general, and to me at least, that yin and yang is presented really well.
