i'm on believing right now. i think this album does get a bit better in the middle. but it will be on the low end of the top 10 pop albums this year, and that's only because it's a weak year.

All the Katy news is being slept on, but something tells me she is going to do very well this fall. Teenage Dream was a pretty flawnorexic era with lots of room to grow.
