It's not like Sony was going to add a button for the single most amazing game related feature in history of video games, and then said "nah, let's just change the button to taking screenshots lololol"
Now that I think about it, I actually don't. I've become a lot more critical of PSN since Sony started charging for online. The new group thing could be useful, we'll see, but I'm still waiting on basic shit that the PS3 and Xbone have (infinite cloud storage).
I was talking about avatars. The webstore isn't particularly useful in that regard.
I don't think PSNow titles will ever be free. It costs money to maintain the service and to stream games to you. They'd never offer something like that fully free of charge.

Wow this is a good update. PNG screenshots, YouTube streaming (that was fast!), and 10GB of save space storage are awesome.
As long as it doesn't takeaway from the 6 game selection and is in addition, I think this would be a good idea. PlayStation Now is useless trash. I haven't even bothered to try it (before someone jumps on me for that, the prices and crappy selection are why it's trash - the inferior quality doesn't help). If there were some PSNow games on PS+, I would definitely give them a try.

It would be a great way of adding BC though, don't you think? Anything you've already bought digitally and is on PSNow is yours to play for free. I don't think it would take that much away from PSNow considering it isn't really for console owners.

Yeah. I know theres cap on friends list? Maybe theyll limit it to that number. But theres gonna be alot of PS4 GAF [Region] [Game] groups if they cap it too little.

10GB is just buying time and ultimately will be inadequate if they don't fix the save file bloat quickly. Still, a welcome change.
The bigger issue for me is that it's just a big dumb block of storage that we can auto-upload to from ONLY our primary console. There's no intelligent synchronization like on Xbox. Save files should automatically sync via the cloud no matter which console you're playing on.
Also, really wish captures would cloud sync as well. It's especially annoying when trophies you earn on another console don't have the screenshot available on your main console.

Do the Favourite Groups mean we can now make various Groups and add friends to them? If so that is brilliant, I've been wanting that for so long. Still want to be able to sort the friends list by game being played though, that feature is a no-brainer if you ask me.
Communities sounds interesting but I'll need to see how it actually works in practice before getting excited, could be great or mediocre.

I just bought a PS4 and saw this news. Amazing and that new store looks good.
Small issue that doesn't really matter, but it'd be nice if they instead made the PS Store logo glow or change to a different color rather than box it when selected, given that it has a transparent bg.
