Just been in to my local GAME to enquire about the chances of walking in to a store and buying a PS4 around xmas/new year (i'm looking to buy on one around the 20th) and they said "zero, we're already taking reservations for our late Jan/Feb shipments".
They were probably just trying to get me to put money down with a reservation, but if true, damn.

Well amazon have been saying the same thing for the last week, Shopto are still guaranteed for Xmas, mind but for how long is a different matter seeing as PS4 bundles haven't left the top 10 pre-order charts for months.
I think peoples best bet would be the PS4/Vita bundle, while i suspect there won't be masses of them going around I can't see too many people picking one up.

Oh yes. One work week until friday, getting that thing (hopefully) delivered right to my desk, stopping on one or two shops on my way home to pick up a game or two, maybe the camera and then having a weekend and 2 days off. Sogood.gif
If Amazon screws up the delivery on time, my planning is in serious trouble though

Coworker's XBO was delivered on day one, so I don't worry too much. Germany here.
Are here any Danish stores where you can buy and get for launch (and no î don't believe it either)? I live next to you guys.
Amazon used CityLink and a lot of people are sitting waiting for a Monday delivery.

I'm getting a bit more hyped the closer the launch comes. But after being there for the PS2 and PS3 I feel a little jaded. Still, I'm sure once it's arrived I'll be as giddy as a schoolboy!

I don't watch boxing or wrestling but I will certainly enjoy a football triple bill today. CAREFREE! lol.

Just got my copy of AC4 planning on getting Lego Marvel with the console on Friday.

Even though there's no games I care about I'm more excited about this lol.
Having strong thoughts to just go for a WiiU (£150 used) and Mario instead, but I don't think I can deny the allure of that Cerny PlayStation.

I went into GAME in Southampton yesterday to trade in Ratchet & Clank: Nexus and they had a huge PS4 & Xbox One demo station on either side of the shop. The shop was basically empty and I was tempted to jump on the PS4 demo playing Octodad, but I thought I'd rather save myself for my own PS4 on Friday
Although thinking about it, I probably should have checked the sticks on the DS4's.

I've ordered the PS4 with a guaranteed delivery at 29.11. But i've also ordered the Killzone Mega Bundle for 475, which will be available just before christmas at Amazon Germany.
Can't decide if i should wait for the bundle, because that price is a killer. But otherwise, i wanna play with that black box on friday

Get the launch edition, I also ordered the mispriced amazon.de bundle. Fuck that, not gonna miss out on launch for a mere 20 euro.
