Er, commercial apps do not have the option of not following Sony's guidelines. You either follow their requirements or you will not ship your title on their platform.I'd be surprised if the homebrew coders did manage to get the CPU to run at 333MHz since it seems like Sony made it hard to adjust until they want people to.
