Never said Rare is dead, don't know where you pulled that from.

All I'm saying is that their best years where those invested on the N64 by far. Many new IPs including Banjo which is a classic, legendary games like GoldenEye and I've lost count of how many games they released that gen.

Don't care about sales nor reviews, I think a person who plays videogames should value the quality of the games far above those things.

There are 4 characters going by this video, especially at the end when they all stand together. Same white haired woman as in the unveil trailer, then the black woman in the pic here, and a white man, and a white woman with gray hair.
But again this is just an animation… For all we know the game could be a match 3 puzzler. I don't think they've ever spoken about what type of game it is.

I guess I'm curious as to why people would want 50-60 year old people developing their games. No shit these devs aren't the same. But also Rare gets the time they deserve to develop the gems they make. No part of me thinks everwild is going to suck. I had my doubts on sea of thieves and it ended up being an extremely fun and playful experience. Everwild deserves a chance.
