I read that he stepped down because, since he is making a game, they wanted to avoid any conflict of interest. I hope he returns when his project concludes.

If you can't be your true twitter self on GAF because you're scared of being banned (you don't get banned just for being a conservative/Republican btw) then what does that say about you?

At least the twitter detectives help save us the time of arguing with people who follow lunatics like Mike Cernovitch but then come here and pretend like they're just asking questions and engage in disingenuous arguments. You could apply the same to far leftists who are not in touch with reality too. I only want to talk to people who have an open mind about things, not hardcore partisans or conspiracy theorists.

Please don't mistake me for being right-wing or alt-right in any way. I'm very left and despise Trump everything he stands for. I just think it's a slippery slope looking up usernames, e-mails of posters and stuff like that for info to bolster an argument. Twitter is one thing but any further really and it's bordering on doxing.

And, like, come on. There is nothing "far-left" about Hillary Clinton. She was a pragmatic centrist who was much too moderate for millions of liberals who took comfort in Bernie Sanders in the meantime.

She had my vote and I was happy to eventually vote for her. But calling her supporters "far-left" is only an indication of how far-right the republicans have gone.

"I really hope you've missed me a lot" is not something a native English speaker would say. Likewise "I have totally no relation" instead of "I totally have no relation" is a weird phrasing.

Got to say, I'm eternally grateful for GAF for that. I probably would have sunk into the right wing news quagmire if it wasn't GAF and the Ferguson live stream threads when the protests were happening. I don't think I would have ever found those or looked for them on my own if I wasn't on GAF

I can't believe anyone thinks - and I mean honestly thinks - that someone who literally has people killed he doesn't like is somehow trustworthy. I just can't fathom why people would fall for something that foolish. Regardless of where you get your news from, how is that a likely conclusion?
