Then, I learned more about him outside of the forum, spent sometimes talking with him and I understood he wasn't that awful poster he painted himself as, it was just an (awful) internet persona, not really representative of who he really is : a polite, social and well-adjusted guy overall. I still think he shat the bed threatening me, but talking with him helped me understanding him more. It speaks a lot about people's behavior online. I still find his internet persona awful though, especially when you read his intervention with his belgium accent, which cracks me up every single time.

Again, maybe I'm a bit naive, but I think Hecht and Morrigan would gain some sympathy points by actually speaking in front of a camera about themselves a little. That would probably help them to differenriate themselves from their awful internet persona too.
