Your argument is pretty dumb, because word a having word b as a component does not necessarily mean a is a special form of b. I am sure there are many English examples as well, but since I am a German native speaker (and also national socialists is originally a German term): A "halve hahn" is not half a chicken (German: Hahn), it is bread with cheese. A kalter kaffee (literal: cold coffee) is not a coffee, but it's Cola mixed with lemonade. And even if this was the semantics behind compound words, it was a self-descriptor, not a term chosen by neutral observers. It will be easy for you to find out what happened to the parties on the left spectrum and their adherents after Hitler took over (communists, socialists and social democrats).

I am seeing delusions of grandeur, like ResetERA somehow is this big-ass forum that is part of the UN or something. So 3 dudes in a Discord channel, where one of them was probably not Asian but didn't have a webcam so no one ever knew? And what they came up with was some wall of text ulitizing some pseudo-political language where they say a whole lotta nothing in as many lines as possible.
I am still not sure whether they are actually LARPing or are really are just idiots with too much time (that they could spend playing games).

It’s going to be such a let down if the reason for the Era forum meltdown is something as lacklustre and benign as a disappointing Asia Summit. Then again, it is perfectly logical as they do get upset about the smallest things.

Being black, a furry, a midget, and trans (?) gives them ban immunity there. She's a bitter racist piece of shit, who is a solidly middle/upper middle class college graduate that works at a pharmacy. So not exactly an "oppressed" person, except for maybe the shitty 7%/7 year car loan their stepdad gave them. RE is so weird because they advertise as being extremely tolerant and progressive but their moderation is anything but. GAF is quality, RE is quantity. There's good in having both but I'd always choose the former over the latter.

Oh and people demanding a feedback thread, questioning why (duration pending) lasts for weeks on end, and so on.
Also people asking why it takes so long to recruit mods.
All the other mods are staying far away from the thread from what I can tell.
There's actually a bit more sizzle in the other thread about Stinkles that you should be able to see

Historically, the sectarianism in the communist movement has been rampant. Everyone hates the guts of everyone else.
So if the criterion for being a genuinely socialist party is behaving like a good sport towards other left-wing formations, then I suppose the Bolsheviks weren't socialist after all. And neither were the Maoists, for that matter.
True, it's naïve to base one's argument purely on linguistic considerations while ignoring the track record. I don't view Nazis as socialists, though they do share important similarities.
North Korea is not democratic, despite bearing the tittle on the name.
Likewise, Antifa aren't anti-fascists. They aspire to fascist-like goals, try to push them through fascist-like means, but it's all done in the name of antifascism.
