Belgand said:Didn't you ever watch Big Train? You shouldn't have to go to another room to have a wank. You should be able to just do it at your desk.

Ten-Song said:Oh, I had forgotten. Poor red ringed soul. (I've been thankful enough to only have it happen once during a time when there was nothing worth playing on the system anyways.)
EDIT: as an amusing side note, I recall once a friend who got his 360 back after sending it away, and the first time he tried to boot up his newly repaired 360, it red ringed on him.

Also, NOVEMBER! Exciting isn't it! Guess it's time to look for someplace to import it! Maybe I can sell off my RB1 before it even comes out in Aus...
McBradders said:Dude, do you want me to hook you up? Fuck this import shit, I got you covered, bro.
Johnkers said:When the time comes, I might take you up on that!
McBradders said:Let's get the figures out for the week we didn't wank....

Belgand said:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zn6Z9djh8eA for those sad individuals who have never seen it. If you haven't hey it's got Simon Pegg... he's kinda popular in the US now, right?
The availability of enough British TV product in the US is sadly lacking. We don't even have Peep Show past series one out here and just got Spaced this past summer. It looks like we'll be getting the (likely) terrible (and unnecessary) remake of Life on Mars before it's released here either. I don't even think you can find Look Around You on DVD here and that was fucking brilliant.
BBC America (which thankfully shows Channel 4 programmes) would be nice, but my fucking cable company insists on making it a digital tier channel in an effort to extort me for an extra $15 a month to get, well... that, G4 (unwatchable), and IFC (so want!). Bastards.
I'm just glad that you mentioned that. If one of the American posters had said it, well... the chances that I would have been able to make the reference would be almost nil. I don't think it really has any penetration over here at all.

More Hot Hot Heat today please, Harmonix. For the record the November release date has allowed me to forgive you for every wrong you've done me since Guitar Hero.
Thank you <3

Nice one EA/Harmonix, shit on PS3 users some more why don't you.
I assume the pedal is the same on all formats, yes?
TheGreatDave said:Do they give free sticks too? Ooh. How tempting. I can't imagine how I'd break my current ones, but free is free.
bounchfx said:I'm still waiting for Tool in RB and dredg, but I'm super happy Dream Theater and Mastodon made it in. Opeth is my #1 want in the game now, right next to He is Legend. i'm sure most of you know that by now haha. YEEEEEEEEEEEE

He is like Mike Patton on a smaller scale or something.
Midlife Crisis or Falling To Pieces would fit the bill.TheGreatDave said:Side note: Rock Band needs a good Mike Patton song.
TheGreatDave said:I'd like Primus or Pavement today, please. Or maybe Kings of Leon, who's new album is fairly great.
I can't remember who said it, but whoever told me to listen to Oysterhead; thank you.

McBradders said:Is it better than their last one? My girlfriend made me listen to it and I was distinctly unimpressed. Their previous one to that was fap-o-licious, however.
Yes.

For some reason I don't expect a lot of Muse or Coldplay anytime soon, but I'd love to be proven wrong.CurseoftheGods said:I want the entire Black Holes and Revelations album. I think it would be the most fun to play out of all of Muse's albums.
