Levels have been slowwww once I got to Veteran. I played for something like 4 hours last night and only gained about half an XP bar towards level 36.

So what are the preferred cars? For a long time I thought only the hitboxes were different until I tried one of the sport cars[was using the van almost exclusively] and the differences were immediate. The sport car has a much tighter turning circle, is more responsive and can do a 180 better.
The problem is that I'm too accustomed to the van and anything different feels too fast and I'm outta control when boosting.

Wow, so many levels. Not sure if I should feel discouraged with having been level 26 for many days now, heh.
I bounced around quite a bit for a long time. When I first started feeling pretty good at the game it was with the van, but I switched with the hot rod too.
Probably ~2 weeks ago I switched to breakout and that's been it 90% of the time. It's the easiest car for me to visually line up aerials with because of the flat pointed nose.
That said, I can't wait to use the DLC cars.
In the finals
tried to find your channel through the "live from ps4" app, but no dice(searched for team rocket)? watching the de boer brothers channel now, as that was the only one i could find.

I was sitting in the goal playing goalie, then got kicked for being idle. Now I'm banned for 15 minutes. Wtf.

How long did you idle? I can never "sit" still when playing goalie.
i know it works fine through the site, was just wondering why the broadcast is not listed in the live from ps (despite having 1200+ ppl watching atm)...

Maybe 10-12 seconds? All the action was on the other side of the field, and I was protecting against someone leaking out.
Well, that should be a lesson on being "goalie" and the play you were providing to your team.
It's a censor for bad words in people's user name. But it will still show their full name uncensored if they score, lol.

Most top teams have goalies.
Goalie roles are crucial, but that definition is a lot more different than sitting still in the goal. I goalie quite often, myself.

Goalies are useful but there shouldn't be one player just focusing on that the whole match. A rotation is much important.

Seriously the times double jump is a useful move to do is almost never. Doesn't give you that much more height and you cant flip when you do it. Better to just boost for that extra height. As for how it screws you over, occasionally I've accidentally double jumped instead of flipped.
Joke post? At minimum it's critical for speed boost.

It's good because you can hold jump once to jump higher then tap again to get even more height. Good for staying in the same place or having more control in general.
Yeah, you can get close to the cross bar. Very handy for all those times you need to get higher but the ball isn't hanging around in the air waiting for someone to boost it.

And it is a good way of lobbing the ball over a goalie, or creating a really floaty centered ball, or juggling, or avoiding a demolition, etc, etc....
