It's the best movie that Disney has made in the Star Wars universe.
But the Mandalorian is still much better.

I really, really like it. So much so, that it has kind of cemented a Star Wars Quadrilogy in my mind; RO and the OT, that is superior to all the other Star Wars films.
Whenever I hear about a a film that was 'corrupted' in some way I really want to see the original. At least we're getting the Snyder Cut of Justice League, but I'd be all over a different cut of Rogue One too. It’s not bad, yeah. Feels somewhat butchered by Kathleen with the forced reshoots and edits, most noticeably with the way Whitaker’s character arc plays out. Felt like there was more there originally, his relationship with Jyn etc.
Star Wars: Thrawn , the new trilogy. | Star Wars: Vader Down | Star Wars: Dark Disciple | Star Wars: Darth Vader comics |
Wrong. Solo: A star Wars Story is much better.
Mandalorian is good until the nostalgia pandering. Catering to the babies when you try to establish Mando and Baby Yeed as characters sort of dampens their journey and progress for deus ex machina fan wank.Just wanted to say, even after Mandalorian, Rogue One is still the best Star Wars content in the past decade. A masterpiece
Agreed. It definitely has the best cinematography out of all the new Star Wars stories. What helps elevate Rogue One is definitely the cinematography. Just so many exceptional shots and action.
Seriously Rogue One might be the most visually stunning Star Wars film in actuality. Certainly in terms of locations
I feel like the anakin of the clone wars show would 100% make a bad pun like this
I was lucky enough to get my hands on this and it finally arrived

Does anyone else feel this movie doesn't get enough appreciation? ,,,
Seeing this scene in the cinema made me realise this was the best Star Wars film since TESB
No scene in the sequel or prequal trilogy matches this.
Kyle Katarn is the one who steals the Death Star plan. This actually happens in the first level of Dark Forces, and at the end of his first graphic novel. He transmits the plans on to the next rebel cell.
Wouldn't be dope if the ENTIRE operation in R1 was a decoy op so Kyle could slip in the back, get the plans, and bug out while all the rebels distracted the Empire. Some OSS WW2 level shit right there.I think it is a good movie. But it is completely different than what Lucas originally said happened.
Kyle Written out of history.
