I think this was the one 'big' VN from Ryukishi07 we were missing in English? it's pretty awesome that VNs are doing well enough that we keep getting more that were long thought never to come (Fate Stay/Night for example)

there has been a fan translation yes though I'm not sure there was one for the most recent version of the game? and then you also have all the difficulty of legally acquiring a copy of the game to then patch somehow, it's a lot better to be getting official releases in the West
