My Steam download speeds have always jumped all over the place. I've tried a few things, but mostly never bothered to address it. This morning, I turned off disk write caching and ripped right through downloading Baldur's Gate 3 as a test in 25 minutes with no drops. That would have been hours previously.

If you decide to try this, turn disk write caching back on after downloads.

I’ve already made peace with the fact that when I DO buy a copy for PC, that it’s probably gonna be a few days worth of installing. Between work and not wanting to skyrocket my electric bill, it’s gonna be a while before I play this enormous game on my rig lol. At least the Series X version is done, just waiting on the afternoon after work to play it.

Don't Forget The drop Bears. Also This game may be janky at times but it's addicting the Immersion, Silence of the game is 10/10. Spent 20 mins wondering around and just soaking in the Atmosphere

The trailer shows that at least the IA will be Cyberpunk level of shit.
I'm not very confident but would love to be wrong.

VRR is game agnostic as far as I know so there is no reason for it to not work with this game.
