Hey I saw that you wanted a partner. I didn't see what platform you got it for but if you got it for the ps3, I am game. I have a headset also.

It sorta looks like he was responding to a craigslist posting.MMaRsu said:Was that directed at me?
If I remember correctly the game rewards you generously for going through the activities (health, weapons, vehicles, etc). Doing so made the story-line missions easier and a lot more fun (if you chose to use those rewards to complete missions).wayward archer said:I just got the machine gun pistols (korbas or kobras or whatever) and unlimited pistol ammo from beating all 6 levels of one of the Fuzz activities.
I love how this game isn't afraid to give you bad ass toys to play with.

I love when it tells you to use the chainsaw :lolLedsen said:Basically you're hired to do a totally fucked up version of the TV show Cops :lol
newsguy said:It's like an episode of cops, except you're the cop and you get awesome weapons to diffuse (most of the time) pretty tame situations. So for example, there's an old man with a walker jaywalking, you get the call and head to him. Your cameraguy says "we need some b-roll of you using your flamethrower" You can piece together the rest

ice cream said:Gowans, you're in UK right? Do you know which ships would be the most lenient on selling to minors? I'm 16 and could possible pass of as an 18 (I have a quite a bit stubble growing this past week). I have a debit card but not money on it right now and really want this game tomorrow. Any help UK peeps?
Thanks
Yeah I noticed that when people started yelling me that I stunk and shit...raYne said:Just noticed that your character can actually get dirty this time around.
Not sure how long it takes, but if you don't change your clothes at all, people in your crew will start telling you that you need to take a shower. :lol Eventually you'll actually see visual dirt & grime appear on the clothes you're wearing.
Couldn't tell you off memory, but you should really "unlock" all the stores/activites in the city when you have the time. That way you don't have to worry about finding stuff when you need it.slasher_thrasher21 said:LMAO thanks for all the replys guys. I gotta do this one pronto when I get home. Anyone know where its located. I haven't found it yet.
Also... where is the monster trucks located at as well! I'm dying to use one!
I might actually have to use the outfit sub-menu at the crib now. That way I don't have to take all day trying to find something to wear. :lolMMaRsu said:Yeah I noticed that when people started yelling me that I stunk and shit...
I was like wtf? Then I changed my clothes and no problem .
By the way let the menu sit there for a minute u get a cool movie .

And how do you get your character to sing along to a song?
And where is the costume shop?
You unlock the fighting styles by going through the gang missions. You don't have to beat them completely, but after X missions you'll apparently fight enough of them that you learn their techniques. :lolLinkhero1 said:I just finished the brawl activity a few minutes ago.
When do I get the rock bottom as a move? I could have used it for brawl activity :lol
The singing's random, but it seems to happen for everyone eventually while listening to the 80s station.Linkzg said:Haha, that's a nice touch!after killing some DJ, the Gen X radio station changed to the Ultor radio station

Oh snap. I almost forgot about the custom shop :lolraYne said:The costume shop's in Rounds Square Mall in the High End Retail District.
Had the game since launch and haven't started the story yet due to the activities. If you're looking for more fun after you finish the game then SR2 is right for you.speedpop said:So how fun is this game? I see my favourite Classical radio station is back, but still undetermined on whether to slap down some money for it. I didn't like the fact that GTAIV had practically nothing fun to do after you "finished" the game, so I'm in the neighbourhood for something fun to mess around with.
Haven't you read the thread? It's terrible.speedpop said:So how fun is this game? I see my favourite Classical radio station is back, but still undetermined on whether to slap down some money for it. The activities are what makes the game. The missions are fine and mostly pretty fun, there's no mindblowingly insane/broken/impossible ones like in the first Saints Row. But the real fun, and the majority of my time played came from doing activities. The full drop in/out coop makes both missions and activities more fun.speedpop said:So how fun is this game? The best part of the activities is knowing you'll get a reward after finishing them. It feels so good xDNozdeuce said:The activities are what makes the game.
