Seriously though I'm basing my list from what I've specifically watched in actual fights and Hatate spamming 1 dmg attack over and over doesn't make me think top character. Of course I might be wrong but compared to the Touhous I've been watching she doesn't seem all that great. Not like anybody has to listen to me though.

I've seen her several times and she's far from bad. In my personal tier list of 701 characters, Hatate is ranked 309 and the one she lost against is in the 110-120 range (which is why I was fully confident in putting 100k on the latter).
