To remind people that weren't here an hour or so ago, Felicia fought Hulk (as in, the Hulk that destroyed Sad Claps, Goku Nex, Giano, Ella, Rock Volnutt, Randy M. Green, and Giano) and he was only able to win a single round by a lucky command grab super. The other 3 rounds were a sad humiliation.

Suwako, Letty, Reisen II, Alice, Mamizou, Syou, 2ban tan

Nue, Cirno, Shinki, Mugetsu, Reisen, Yukari, Shanghai, Yuugi, Remilia, Arrange Remilia,

*I haven't seen them in action myself or if I have, I either didn't see the full match (just came in to see them winning) or they got beaten by a good character so I couldn't tell if they were bad or not

If you don't mind I would add these to the list:
All Arrange [Insert character name] are high tier characters, almost broken.
[Insert character name]_SWR are also high tier.

There are 2 Suikas (Drunken loli):
- Suika ibuki: Amazing high tier character. Loves to spam projectiles and also have a seriously strong rush down potential. I have yet to see a non broken character that can do much against her.
- Suika (Giant version): High HP, no hit stunt (can't be grapped!), no defense, no specials, no projectiles. She can be taken down by strong zoners and inspired mexibeamers.

There are 3 Remilias that I know:
- Arrange Remilia: As other Arrange characters, she is amazing, but not broken.
- Remilia (with 2 blueish greenish letters bellow the health bar). The troll master, she will often lose the first round and after that she will destroy what's in front of her. She is almost immortal. Frequently considered "broken tier".
- Remilia (without letters): Pretty decent character but weak in comparison to her other versions.
If I recall correctly, Patchoully is in the same situation. In other words there are 3 of them but instead of the Arrange she has an _SWR that is also her strongest version.

Team reimisen:
- 3 Characters with independent health bars (Yep, 3 bars of health) only 1 fights at any given time. They can swap at will (usually when they are at low health). The 3 characters have different styles and are fairly decent on their own. In general a safe option, but they have problems against heavy rushdown characters. (or anything that won't give them a chance to swap positions)

As far as I have seen there are 2 Youmu Konpaku: (Sword wielding loli + something that looks like a white balloon)
- The small one surrounded by a rainbow circle is terrible. (Can't find her exact name)
- The regular sized one is a fairly decent choice but she loves to fight close to the adversary. (Something that could be a problem)

Yuyuko & Youmu:
2 High tier touhous fighting with everything they have at the same time. Yep, they are broken.

I have seen 2 versions of Unknown (loli giving her back to the viewer, not a Touhou as far as I know):
- The regular one doesn't hit hard and isn't very aggressive BUT she parries A LOT and she heals with each parry. In general, a risky choice. (Expect a lot of upsets!)
- The Arrange version is strong but doesn't spam projectiles as much as other Arrange characters. In general, a solid choice.

Yuugi (lady with a huge horn):
Terrible AI, can win vs very low tier characters, but that's it.

Cirno:
Fairly strong touhou + a small floaty hitbox. Usually a safe bet. Keep in mind that she likes to get close.

Shanghai:
Salvage zoning + minimal hitbox + brutal AI. An amazing character all around.

Medicine Melancholy:
Great zoning + Amazing AI + healing or life draining skills (not sure). Took down real Onslaught.

Ahahahaha...
