Potato tier fights are incredibly dangerous because of how impredictable the characters are. Even characters like Pizza or Mr. Satan might be able to win, given they get paired with the right opponent.

One time, I bet on Edward Elric (who I hadn't seen up to that point) against some ridiculous DBZ character , and for the first round Ed started with a move that dealt a tiny bit of damage to the DBZ fighter and got him stuck, winning due to time. That was one of the two times Ed did that move, and the second he actually hit with it while his HP was lower than his opponent's...
