Personal thoughts with the 'Incomplete' section at least
- She's very solid, though IIRC her defensive play is really poor, leaving her open to a lot of attacks. Not high tier because of the faults but at least edging near there.
- Pretty bad. She's apparently designed well but her AI is total garbage.
- Don't think she's in the roster.
- I heard she has lower health than the other two, but is still a monster.
- Possibly very high tier, though she hasn't appeared much so I don't know how she'd fare against higher tiers.
- Not familiar with her.
- Absolutely ridiculous. I heard she has bad HP but I don't know how concrete that is.
- I haven't seen her, but apparently she beat Dooby Dummy?
- I think she's really good, but at this point it's hard to tell if she's really high tier or just has a good gimmick.
- Haven't seen her.
- Total potato.
- Really good, don't think she's top tier but very high.
- Hard to tell as she hasn't appeared much. Apparently has iffy AI.
- Bad AI, does alright for herself but just can't seem to win matches.
- I think she's another "Fight Money" character, like Gill or Master Chief, in that it'll be really hard to predict her wins or losses. Constant rushdown characters will probably be her biggest weakness, but I've also seen her cause an upset.

Tried refreshing and betting early, but the game won't let me place bets. While this is good for mye employer, it's really bugging me that pressing bet never works. I can't even see odds (just reads N/A).
Tried googling and searching GAF, but can't find a workaround. Any tips?

Whenever it doesn't work for me, I just sign out, clear cookies/clear cache and then sign back in and it seems to work fine. Not sure if this will work for you but it's worth a try I guess.

Massive 111:1 upset (Kaede Hioh - $1332435, Syo hayate - $12000).
Fake Kaede claims a lot of victims. (Including me, damn it!)
And another big upset:
Cirno - $2663829, Sniper - $43158. The advent Cirno/Job Change one. (Not the 3.5 version)
I would like to add this:
Looks like the original but has a different set of abilities, she is melee-ish. She is also frequently open for attacks but she has a pretty strong beam that uses as soon as she has the meter for it. She isn't as strong as the original.
Pure melee with good combos and good AI. Sadly, I haven't seen her enough to "rank" her well but she could be high tier.
And some considerations:
They glitch!, Be careful betting high amounts against strong characters. It's rare, but sometimes one of them "leaves" the match.
She is always on her p12 form, she has mexidamage and mexihealth. She does 100% damage combos with meter.

I'm not sure I'd call Flandre Top Tier. She is high tier for sure but Boss Patchouli and some of the better Remilias have been a lot more reliable to me. Flandre has some really easy combos but I've seen her lose a deal, against a Jojo even.
Ultimate Pretty Suika is definitely among the top from what I've seen.
Made tons of money on that one (which I immediately lost on another crazy upset). Sniper got his first win ever, on a Cirno no less. That was epic.

You mean Advent Touhou Flan right? (The unique sprite version, not the small chibi esque version) I didn't know that version of Flan had lost before.
