She has upset potential like other DBZ chars but she isn't really good. And Squall is very good, did you see that corner control? Most DBZ, even if they have OHKOs, lose when faced against a good char, unless they get lucky thrice.

Payout screwed up, payout was given but the odds were reversed and people got huge piles of free money (causing huge leaderboard upset), payout was fixed.
