Juggs is legit, but not Sandman levels of legit. Worse chars than Sandman have beaten Juggs. But it was a close match.
I saw people in chat staying out of the match because of the Angel Ryu upset. But your point is true too, if it was a worse char than Juggs Sandman would have more cash on him.

I've made that mistake a couple of times, when I got rich quick. This time I actually worked for it.
I won't make that mistake again. Just passed $500 and I don't plan on dropping below that. An hour ago, I had $30.
Even when you normally are careful about the level of risk involved, sometimes you fall into traps like hitbox mismatches or a bad AI going on a hot streak.

He has a kinda bad record because he jobs HARD to characters with a tiny hitbox. But he is alwways, always worth an upset bet just because his fly has crazy damage and screws up opponents targeting AI.

There's a bootleg Rozen Maiden char Aoi-ko that can win matches against bad chars, but in general they're all bad. Bootleg Suigintou (forget the given name, tibi-something) is probably the worst of them.
