his AI is crap. I've seen him do things before, but only when I bet against him. Never seen him win at least.

The problem with that Recoom is that he charges until level 3 before he does anything. Once he gets there, he can be pretty good, but he'll start charging again once he uses any meter, so he's not a safe bet against an aggressive opponent.
