I haven't seen anime in a while but it gave me a very vague Macross impression. The islands are isolated by force fields and blondie is "torpoed" into Mermaid, breaking the force field.

From then it seems she will kicking everyone into a pulp

There's gotta be a catch, that August 14th through 16th date makes me think Sonico isn't playable but it's more of a collaboration, like her music or clothing or something.

Trying to find more info on it.

Yup, I just realized. The first words on that image are "Comiket 88", that doujin fair. I don't know what the rest says, but I had a feeling she wasn't DLC if there was a range of dates.

So yeah, probably some special crossover manga you can only buy there.

It's saying that there's going to be new SKEVxSonico goods for sale at the Comikett 88 Hobbystock booth. Nothing to do with the games, unfortunately.

Wouldn't expect to see anything more for EV at this point. We know what's coming out through October and Valkirye Drive hits in December.

Could've AT LEAST worked in the outfit as DLC. Even Akiba's Trip 2 did that, & you could even use her damn character model as well, but that was more of a model swap.

But yeah, I wonder if there'll be anything else aside from the manga, which makes me wonder what the story of it will be (girls attend Sonico concert............with sexy results).

& yeah, wouldn't be surprised if after Ikki Tousen & the SK2 girls, that could be it in terms of major DLC.

I think we're actually seeing her 3 levels in the video.
There's the car, the one where she goes in the air and throws explosive kunais, and the level 3 is her Palm of the Raging God (Ultra in DOA/NG).

Hmmm. Might be it because in WO3 Palm of the raging god is a true musou. Wish it was something more. I look forward to her volleyball shit in her dlc. XD

So I'll resume the VD stuff

The stream came and go but not a lot of new info was revealed.

Release dates were confirmed, October for the anime, December 10th for the Vita game and the mobile game some time between those two dates.
Also it seems like we will not be getting any cross over of girls from one work to the others (Mermaid, Bhikkhuni, and Siren). (Contrary to the trailer we've all seen).
Potentially good news: If all three sell well and get good reviews we could potentially see future seasons/games that encompass the characters from the other platform(s).

No gameplay for Bhikhunhi so we'll have to wait until the TGS for that. A new PV was revealed for the anime, and it looks pretty damn cool, more action oriented that I expected.

New art has surfaced on the web, pretty risque of course.

Never played any of the games (I did see a few episodes of the anime like two years ago, though), but Ayane being in has increased my interest. She's my favorite Dead or Alive character (along with Hitomi...and recently, Mila). I don't have a PlayStation 4 or Vita yet, though.

And here I was looking forward to maybe using the new blonde girl from the anime. :(

I hope that if there is a second game they change the characters proportions more like the VD anime since the game characters look too much like they come from Senran Kagura.

I've played all 5 DoA games & never recall something like that happening. What's that suppose to be a reference to?

Dead or Alive 5 has a stage where you can get hit by a flying car. You could also get hit by cars on the road in that stage in front a casino in 4.

There are no points where anyone can get hit by a car in the Ninja Gaiden games.

Ahhh, so it's a stage hazard reference. I was trying to think more of the story mode or something.
