Senua's Saga: Hellblade II Enhanced coming to PS5 this summer

This is comfortably going to become one of the biggest bombs of all time.

Probably the best looking game i've ever played but yeah, the rest is so incredibly boring beyond belief.

Don't waste your time.

That's just hopium from fanboys

Mgs 4 has like 50% cut scenes. So its no problem if its good.

yup, MGS4 is also still a good game if you skip every cutscene.
THAT is the big difference.

once the cutscenes and "cinematic" bullshit infects the gameplay it becomes an issue. if I have to hold my stick forward for 5 minutes with zero meaningful gameplay happening, because the Devs wanted to add a pretentious slow walking scene for example... THAT is an issue.

Hellblade 2 is basically a massive slow walking scene that gets occasionally interrupted with really bad gameplay

Will wait for a $19.99 sale and/or Ps+ edition.
I do want to experience the visuals but nothing I've read about this game sounds remotely interesting enough to pay more than $20

I expect it to be badly optimized on both PS5 and PS5 Pro. The latter barely outperforming XSX version. This is how those MS games have been doing on Playstation consoles.

I need a Diddy version of this.

The amount of value destruction Microsoft did this gen is insane.

Multiple formerly-multiplat games getting their sales legs cut off because of excluding Playstation.

The guy seemed weirdly depressed too. No clue what that's about.

They know the game's basically DOA if none of the enhancements include, well, a real gameplay loop with some mechanics. Or at least gameplay more on par with the first title.

Still stunned how much a regressing HBII is in every department other than visuals and (arguably) audio (the voices were done a lot better in the first game)

It's hilarious how people hate this game, yet praise a literal walking simulator with an absolute garbage, nonsensical story like death stranding :messenger_tears_of_joy:
Maybe because Death Stranding actually has multiple game mechanics and gameplay systems, like inventory and gear management, and logistics and preparation.

The game also features combat and multiple methods of traversal using vehicles, mechs, rope cables, etc. It's not just a "walking simulator" as most people like to claim.

A truly beautiful game that I could not finish, in spite of its length, because I fell asleep basically every time I tried to play.

For me it was a letdown compared to the first game.

They need to add an arena/horde/survive mode where's it's nothing but waves of enemies and that beautiful, stunning, visceral and glorious combat

Expedition 33, which is a turn based game, has a million times more combat depth than this.

What are you trying to do? Send people to sleep?

Have it on Steam. Will get it on ps5 pro if the upgrades are full ass instead of half assed.
Its such a looker on Series X, a glimpse into the future.

They probably took a couple of month to coreograph every single fight, the whole thing looked scripted as a whole fuck, also i doubt they have 20 new enemy models with unique animations ready to go for an arena style.

Only using the couple of fights in the story would get old immediately.

Don't care about combat depth. It's all about the feeling for me. It's why I prefer TLOU2 combat over Devil May Cry

Main story FF16 is roughly 35-38 hours. I'm seeing 30-40% cutscenes. Thanks for proving it.
So you're saying a ~7-8 hour game (cut-scenes included) is somehow more gameplay-focused than a 38-hour game (not including cutscenes or side quest)....yeah, that tracks. Thanks for clarifying.

Lets just agree that both FF16 and HB2 are horrible options for gamers.

That's not what I said at all. I compared two games with significant amount of % of the game being cutscenes and you got offended.

got it. you weren't saying Hellblade II had more gameplay, just that both games are cinematic... which somehow makes the 4-hour walking sim equal to a 38-hour action RPG.

You trying to make a statement about gameplay/combat but have no knowledge of anything so you talk about feelings.

Lmao tag checks out.
