So all the guys who were responsible for those games left?
I don't know about all, but a bunch certainly did. The Monolith of 2006 and earlier isn't the Monolith of 2014.
So all the guys who were responsible for those games left?
This is probably my most anticipated game at the moment. The very first video I saw had me convinced so I've been on a media blackout since. Great news that it's been brought forward.
Can't remember if it's this game or not, but was the protagonists family murdered and seeking revenge?
Was there ever a resolution to the whole "Shadow of Mordor Accused of Using Assassin's Creed 2 Assets" thing?
When i read that i kinda put the game off my radar. It's out amongst such stiff competition in October. I just figured this would be a game i would wait to come out, see the reviews and impressions then maybe get if they were higher than i expect.
Is it bad that I knew you were in Australia before I read the spoiler?I'm all in on this game, I have been hyped since the Game Informer reveal and initial trailers. I've kept away from recent footage but hearing all the positive impressions really pleases me.
Also I had no idea it got brought forward a week, I literally could not be happier, thanks for alerting me to this OP, bring on Late Sept / Early OctoberNow it won't be fighting for my time with Alien Isolation.
games are expensive in Australia T_T

so good!
i went and watched all the LOR movies the other day just because of the hype and talk
My fiancée and I are currently watching all of them, too, haha.
This was pretty much nonsense all along. There are countless video comparisons on youtube. While there are some animations that look similar, they are still different. Furthermore, a lot of these animation-situations are pretty simple and don't offer many options for different movement at all.Was there ever a resolution to the whole "Shadow of Mordor Accused of Using Assassin's Creed 2 Assets" thing?

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor?I had no idea this game was related to the LOR series. I will rewatch it all. Should I include the Hobbit series too?
Thanks OP, you definitely got me hyped.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor?
I was thinking i'd re-watch The Hobbit 1 and 2 since SoM plays in between Hobbit and LotR.I don't want to watch nothing concerning Middle Earth bucause I fear I would get sick of the setting and general themes by the time the games comes out, I want a fresh experience with the game![]()
Yeah, thats what I thought too right after i posted. He must really know nothing about TLOR.
Very possible. Previous LotR/Middle-earth games didn't do so well, so the less competition the better.Cannot wait for this. I wonder of they brought it forward to give it less competition with Dragon Age?

Troy Baker is in everything...
I fucking love Sauron's voice in the trailer when he is disguised as Annatar.I fucking love the narrator of the Shadow of Mordor trailers. So good.

game looks very promising, but I'm going to have to wait for RPS' judgement before I decide about a purchase
We'll, you cant really not like TLoU.Im in a moment of my life that seriously don't give a fuck about reviews or other people opinions on games, I bought Wolfenstein thinking I would like it and I end up not liking it, bought TLoU:R thinking I would like it and I love it and I will buy this one too because I think I will like it and if not well shit I trade it in for something else.
Is really nice to be surprised with a game liek the old days, but I can do that because there is a place where I can get maybe 60% of the cost and sometimes I don't even lose when trades.
This game seems like a winner to me.
Looks like it's Sauron.Do we know who's the main enemy? or I completly missed or they haven't shown him yet, or is Sauron straight up?

I preordered one off of Amazon. Close enough?Great game, great team, you should all buy five copies each.

Looks like it's Sauron.
Revenge on him seems to be Celebrimbor's main goal.
Well, there's this Black Hand guy who killed Talion's family, and since he's voiced by Nolan North I believe he's an important character.
Huh. Didn't know this was open world. If I like the hobbit will I like this game? I mean, I haven't watched all the LOTR films but I have seen the Hobbit duo.
