The HP / stun buff far outweighted the limb / dive kick / head stomp nerf from what I see, or it's just Poonkgo being a beast.

All the changes to seth positively reinforced poongko's playstyle. Everything he liked doing he got better, and it made what he didn't like not as bad. Not having to worry about getting stunned is huge for his confidence.

That's the whole point, there are characters who can deal with the twins very well and it's not true that if you pick Yun you're set for every matchup: not sure about Makoto but i think Sagat-Yun is gonna end up being a 6-4 Sagat, and so Zangief-Yun and T.Hawk-Yun.
Hell this is even better than Vanilla, where only two characters could stand toes to toes with Sagat.

Plus what's the point of having a pocket Viper if you're not gonna use her in semis?

I think Uryo's dropped Viper for the most part. Haven't seen him play the character much at all since vanilla.

I think they are, don't forget that we saw Daigo only in a couple of matches at the Topanga tournament and then two tournies in the USA where most of the people had little to no idea on how to play against a good Yun.
