Naw. Fei's ultra is pretty worthless and he doesn't build meter as well as Yun. Yun is safe on everything, and has one of the safest wake up options in the game. He can do 746 fucking damage off one of his Genei combos....

Fei is a great character in the right hands, but Yun is an amazing character in a LOT of people's hands. Plus, Daigo vs Mago, was mad free in Daigo's favor in the Yun vs Fei match up.
Fei has 2 ultras, and his game isn't predicated on him having a good ultra. Yun barely ever has to use his. Yes, Yun builds meter fast if you just let him and no Yun isn't safe on everything. Also 746 damage off of a geneijin combo isn't realistic as it's in a very specific circumstance AND requires ultra. As good as Yun is, Fei is considered to be better believe it or not.

Daigo beating Mago doesn't mean anything by the way.

If Move had gone for at least one cross up in the corner in the 2nd round of the 2nd match, I think he would have won. I think Gameouttt committed to blocking cross ups only.

Wow, Mov consistently did air tatsu to beat both Guile's flash kick and crouch fierce. That's some technology that eva and I have to apply in our Ken game in that match up.

Having 2 shitty ultras makes a difference in this game. Yun also doesn't need his ultras, but luckily for him his Ultra 1 is comboable off of 900 things, and he has a Super that does insane damage, as well as push opponents into the corner. Obviously Yun isn't safe on EVERYTHING, but he sure as shit gets away with a lot of stuff. Tier lists means shit to me when the results right now are speaking in Yun's favor. People can theory fighter all day, but if Yun players are out performing Fei players in tournaments, then that speaks to me more than speculating and trying to dismiss the results.

We can use Evo this year as a good measuring stick. Let's look at how many Yun's make top 16 versus Fei's.

Quite honestly, I've seen you play/played you, you're not impressive in the least....your opinion means shit to me. How about that?

Look, I'm not going to argue with you as I've never said that Yun isn't top tier, but I'm telling you that you are seriously underestimating fei long, because you haven't played any good ones. Whereas you're losing to Yuns right now because 1 you're barely learning the matchup and 2 even mediocre Yuns can be some what effective especially when played against someone like yourself.

I could easily lose to a yun who barely knows how to play, can't say the same for feis, but that's only at low level play.

Not too surprised to hear Poongko beating Tokido in a FT10. Poongko knows the Akuma match up too well. Dudes driven after having his ass handed to him by a Akuma player for the past 2 years. At least from the last tournament, Poongko finally beat Infiltration. Can't wait to see how he does in this tourney and hopefully see him come to EVO.
