How many of you wash/clean your sofa (not just vacuum)?

I always shower before bed and wear clean underwear and a shirt, so I'm generally pretty clean when I use my sheets. I don't have a dryer, so I have to hang dry them in my apartment. That can be a pain in the ass and I have to time it right so they are dry by the time I go to bed. So admittedly, I don't wash them as much as some people do. If I ever get sweaty in bed, they go straight in the wash though. I always have an extra set of clean sheets when I need them.

there are really people who wash their sheets every day? sorry but that's just bad for the enviroment and serves no purpose.
overdone hygiene will be the fall of mankind.

sheets should be treated like pants. through em in hotish water every couple of months. that's enough. hang em into sunlight to dry if you're a germaphope.

This doesn't even begin to make sense.

but why?

see, that's the point. people spending half of their "bedtime" on sofa(s) but here in 99% of the cases vacuuming is enough. people are sleeping and eating tons of snacks on sofas. and all of that with "filthy" streetwear. yet, I've hardly seen anyone washing their sofas.

I wash my sheets every two weeks. Well I have 3 sets, so I change to a new one while washing the old one.

I wonder what the stats are for washing their towel and wash cloth.

Probably get an answer like
''you already technically refresh it everytime you use it on yourself so why bother?''

yeah laundry detergent is forced unto our daily lives by greedy corporations. Just water will do. You don't need toothpaste either, just use your finger nails to scratch off the plaque every now and then and you're good. Deodorant messes with your skin too so don't put that under your arm pits or you'll get a rash. Shaving cream is not needed either. Just put some saliva on your face and shave if you must. It's time humanity goes back to our hygenic roots from the 1700's

you joke but I knew someone who was exactly like that (except for the soap and detergent).
