Honest question: do you have some kind of muscular disorder or atrophy? I'm asking because I can't imagine a healthy person getting tired after 10 minutes of playing, well, any Wii game.

I have severe heart and lung issues that require me to be on a ventilator. So I am actually kinda worried about this. I fully intend to complete the game though, even if I have to take frequent rests.

At first I was like... haha what a great funny review and then he posted the link to the actual Star Fox Adventures review and I was like... SERIOUSLY EUROGAMER?

You can play this game both sitting down and standing up I think Iwata and the development team discussed this in the Iwata Asks.

Hrm...

Amazing review from Edge. Nintendo may have gone all casual on us this generation, but they still know how to make a proper game more than anyone.
Just wish this was a Wii U launch title because I'm such an HD whore.

Since Zelda's take longer to develop I expect Nintendo to do some sort of HD remake of one of the Zelda games quite early in the next generation.

I don't know what would be better; Wind Waker HD, or TP upgraded to the engine from the Zelda HD demo.

A Kotaku editor almost posted those reviews as news. Come on GAF that's not nice.

I was against those fake reviews also, but if some mediocre site uses the forum as a source, without at least checking their facts, I'd say bring them on, make these sites show themselves for what they are.

Choice, choice, choice...

Actually, since the Wii U won't support Gamecube controllers and won't be compatible with the game, I'd expect a Skyward Sword HD Remaster. They don't need to do shit with the controls, unless they want to include the Wii U controller somehow.

I was expecting you to say Wind Waker HD, then you went to Skyward Sword...

I remember Aonuma talking about how he wanted to remake A Link to the Past.

TP, easily. Windwaker would only benefit from the resolution bump. In all honesty the game really doesn't need any refinements.

The artstyle of TP is different, it needs to be maintained or otherwise it will look outdated (like pretty much every other game out there).

an SS HD remaster would be a welcomed addition as well, but I'm not fussy.

Don't get me wrong, a HD Remaster of Wind Waker would be amazing, but I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo went for the easier solution.

Damnit Nintendo I already sold my Wii. I'll have to wait to hear from the gaf members that hated Twilight Princess before I decide.

don't you know that 1 month after a zelda release it becomes "worst zelda ever" and the previous console zelda will become "omg amazing"

Yeah, Other M is essentially their only big failure. This will teach them that developers obsessed with tits do not suit Nintendo's franchises. :lol
I'd argue that Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Mario Kart Wii were both major missteps too (the latter more than the former, which was still an incredibly well made high quality fun game).

Yeah, Mario Kart Wii is the perfect example of how to kill a franchise. I mean, compared to MK64 and Super Circuit days, it's pretty much unknown and certainly unloved now. Nobody is looking forward to its sequel, and the whole franchise is no longer either profitable nor admired.

For a second I thought you were being serious.

I *could not* be more excited about Mario Kart 7.

Oh wait yes I could. Skyward Sword.

Funny, the year I got Super Mario Kart and Link To The Past was a life changing Christmas for me. I am jealous of all the 13 year olds who get the same sort of WTF eye-opener this year. Zelda + SMK are the perfect complementary games. I'd been playing games since I was 4, but the trio of Mario World, SMK and LttP converted me to a Nintendo gamer and set my course in life.

Look, Mario Kart 7 is my most anticipated game right now (yes, more than Skyward Sword). But man, Mario Kart Wii fucking SUCKED. It was a great game that was absolutely broken as far as balance is concerned. Seriously, it's like Nintendo was trolling all players.

And thus, creating a whole new generation of Nintendo diehards.

Well played, Iwata.
Well played.

No, it's like they were trolling you, perhaps. I'd imagine there were millions of gamers who loved every minute they spent playing it (and that's a lot of minutes -- check your Nintendo Channel data). You don't get word-of-mouth sales like that otherwise.

EDIT: Hey, back on topic, what's the word on calibration issues? Mentioned in the reviews?

Uh, the Wii U controller has all of the GameCube's control options. There wouldn't be any need to change the controls.

Wait, did you mean WW?

There are millions of gamers who love and play Call of Duty, that does not make Call of Duty immune from criticism, does it?
