Was up only to get in on finishline with my size sold out. NDC had me waiting but eventually oos. I think resell if gonna be around what black toes sell for, so it's not bad ~200. Not a chance in hell I'm getting the DB 3s next week like this. Maybe its finally time to... use a bot.


edit: referring to the shadow 1s, nty for the toro 4s.

Crazy, I got a pair on of 4s on finishline and that was my last option. Thought I was way too late when I clicked on it but figured what the hell. Order will probably be cancelled knowing my luck, lol.

I was. It was very frustrating.

Nike Store is ridiculous. They must have a frustration algorithm baked into their website and a virus that activates your web camera to see your reaction, so their staff can get their laughs while they're counting that money.

I was able to get 1 pair of Shadows online on East Bay.

And I ordered 1 Toro online and bought a pair in store. They seem to be sitting on store shelves. I walked into my local Champs and they had 4 on display and pairs in the back.

I'm sure the 4s will dry up by the evening.

The AJ 1s were the prize of the day and already jumped $60 for resell. Not sure why Nike keeps limiting these. Okay, I know why. $$$

Got my Toro 4s! They look amazing. There was about 50 people in line at my local mall. I was #37 in-line but was able to move up to #12 due to my friend whom I didn't notice was at the front of the line.

What's next on your shopping lists? I'm personally not buying anything until the bred 1s come out later this then Oreo 5s, Lightning 4s and 11 Laneys. The holidays is gonna be a busy time for sneakers.

Sup SneakerGAF! I'm not much of a "sneakerhead" imo but do I love buying shoes that look good on me lol.

I passed on the toro's and opted for the shadow 1s instead because I just love ones (I prefer slim shoes). The material isn't that bad and the leather is pretty soft on one shoe, slightly rougher on the other. Hate to see one shoe all creased up while the other isn't. Oh well.

Won these bad boys on ebay for 150$. Gonna restore them since I dabble in that a bit and it surprisingly isn't that hard at all if you are willing to practice.

I am still thinkin' to pick them up, but I do not want to pay 170€. Sigh. But your picture makes them look sooo sexy.

Resellers got their ass handed to em on this release. Selling for around 180-190 on local facebook group. Thats a profit of 5-10 dolllars. (Here in NY we pay 175-180 for Jordans including tax ;_;)

I suggest you look around on craigslist of fb groups, you might find a good deal.

Here in Pittsburgh resellers are completely oblivious to what the shoe is truly selling for. Its crazy how many used team Jordan pieces of crap people are trying to sell for $100+ because they heard Jordan's are worth money. Any new release ='s instant $100+ added on .

I'd love to pay 175 for J's. Here in Canada we pay $200 for Jordans, not including taxes which comes up to $225. As far as resellers go, it can get pretty out of hand here. looking through CL right now, prices for Toro 4s vary between 250-300 =/ Can't even imagine what the prices will be like when the bred 1s come out later this year. And I HAVE to get those shoes.

Where are the best places to shop in the burgh? I live here now but I usually buy shoes back in Maryland where I am from. I have no idea where to go up here.

The one with red and black. To me, the colorway just meshes well compared to the blue one.

Word of warning, unless they've drastically changed the shoe, this is easily the worst pair of sneakers to ever play ball in, just awful on your feet. Busted my ass multiple times, extremely easy to roll over when cutting quickly.

Weight next to nothing though, and if you won't ball in them they're fine, though they feel strange on the balls of your feet but you get used to it. Maybe it's just the shape of my foot, but they felt strange the first couple of times I walked around in them.

Thanks for the advice just rolled my ankle about a week ago I don't plan on playing ball in these.

Obviously the materials are of superior quality, but those CPs are another in a long line of high-end sneakers that have an aesthetic which immediately makes me think of z-grade K-Mart junk. I don't get what these designers are thinking half the time.

On the other hand, I wish I could afford those Yohji Y-3s. :\
