*Onitsuka Tiger - It's Onitsuka Tiger, I love me some Onitsuka Tiger.

Atmos, *Nike, *Undefeated - They have some Japan exclusive stuff among other things.

Gallery 2 - General sports store but they carry a wide range of shoes.
Asbee & ABC Mart - The Foot Locker of Japan. You'll find these 2 stores everywhere.
Gallop - They're owned by ABC Mart but sells a lot of basketball and skate shoes.
*Bathing Ape - If you like bape shoes, this is the place to go to. They also have a store in Harajuku. I'm a Bape stan so this place is a must!

*Skits - This is THE Sneaker store in Japan imo. HUGE collection of shoes, some used, some brand brand new, really rare stuff here. OG Bred 1s, OG Chicago 1s, Tokyo 23 5s among other things. Reseller prices of course.
*PX Megastore - Another good place to get rare stuff, memory is escaping me but they had a shoe I wanted but had it for an insane price.
LA Avenue - I personally haven't been here but apparently it's a must visit from what I hear.

*Yama Otoko - Must visit. Wide variety of shoes. My cousin picked up the Olympic 6s and Kilroys there.
*Mita Sneakers - Same as above. Their selection is pretty nice. Picked up my Black/Red Mid Mexico 66s here.
I'm sure I'm missing some other stores but those are the general spots I hit up the past couple of times I've been in Japan.
The ones marked with an * are a definite must visit.

Man the Gamma 11s and the Oreo 5s really grew on me. I didn't want the 11s but then I realized that I would rather spend that 185$ on the Gamma 11s than 300+ on Space Jams. Hell, the Gamma 11s are basically the same coloway imo lol.

Ive always been a fan of the hyperfuses over the hyperdunks, they were more comfortable for me. I rotate a pair of hyperfuses and kobe 6's and i prefer the kobes since theyre low tops.

Picked these up on ebay for half off the retail price of 170. Love the look on feet, it's my first pair of All Stars in 21 years (When I was a little kid). Just had to get them .5 size larger than I am so I had to put another insole inside.

Got the Oreo 5s, slept through the RF 1600, which I'm upset about since it was said to be an easier affair than normal (relatively speaking).

On feet of the Encore 'Announcement' I got a few weeks ago.
First pair of Wade's I bought and now I'm addicted to them! Takes some wears to break into, but these are pretty great to hoop in. And they look sick! I wouldn't put it in the same category as the Kobe 8 or CP3 VII performance wise, but they are a nice alternative if you don't like lows. I hear the Jordan XX8's are top tier on court, but I haven't been able to grab a pair.

Locally, you may be able to enter a raffle for the shoes. Typically Footlocker/House of Hoops runs it Wednesday/Thursday the week before the release and will call you Friday if you got a pair. If you win they hold a pair for you on release day up until a certain time. You'd have to check with your local stores though.
If you have a Nike store near you, they do a twitter rsvp a couple days before release, which if you're fast enough will secure you a pair. I've never had luck with it, and don't even try anymore.
Online some releases will sell out instantly, and some will last a few hours. Really depends on supply and demand obviously. I'd imagine this release will sell out instantly. Nike releases the link to buy via twitter, and you can find the Footlocker/Eastbay link before hand which has a countdown timer. Recently I've had no luck at Eastbay, I just get errors.
Be prepared for disappointment. Good luck.

Reserves have been dead and buried for awhile except with the Twitter system at Nike stores.
Not just legit run out the first day its more like running out the first second depending on the shoe.
These Bred's will damn near be impossible to get for a first timer.
What I'd do is test the systems in place this weekend for the Jordan 12 "Taxi's" see what you did wrong and adjust.

I think so. I don't live in the States but I'm sure if you visit a footlocker/champs/whatever when they open you should be able to get one, no need to wake up at 5. I don't see much hype for the Miami Nights honestly.
Brother in law got the taxis. He braved the snowstorm just to get a pair.
Pictures just released for some of the upcoming kicks for next year, definitely year of the 6s. Planning on grabbing the Carmines and Black Infrared 6 for sure. Lightning 4s if they drop and whatever nice colorway Jordan 1s they drop. Same goes for Lebrons and Foams haha.

Yeah, the Bred 1 "seem" to be similar to past Air Jordan 1 releases. They're tough to get. Pay close attention to the Foot Locker and Co. Launch locator. It'll let you know what stores are getting them and the sneaker procedures.
Speaking of procedures. The AJ XI Gamma release is going to be insane. I went to a mall in Tampa at 07:30. I was told they were going to give out tickets at 10 by the mall garage. Get there and I see people parked in the outlying parking lots. The security stated if we went near the garage we would be cited for trespassing.
We're all 25 feet from the garage just kind of waiting for the signal that we can formally line up. Then boom the security bust the balls of a few dozen people hiding on the side of the mall. Next thing you know, everyone is running toward the mall (I have the video) en masse. It had to be several hundred people. Thank God no one was trampled and there wasn't any violence.
You'd think the third year of Jordan 11 retro around Christmas would have introduced some improvements in crowd control and organizing a ticket release.

lol I was curious and checked out the link a couple hours after it was posted. Only 8.5 and 12 were left, so you had to be on point if you really wanted them.
Ended up getting the Miami Nights online from finishline. Footlocker didn't have my size when I dropped by around 1pm on Saturday (after I ordered them). What do you guys think about a pink lace swap on the MNs?
