Since the question is "would we do it" and not "should OP do it" it would really depend on the friend asking and their partner. I don't have any moral qualms against it but I'd really hate to witness some bad sex and have to pretend it wasn't. I also wouldn't want to make any eye contact with my friend, especially since I'm not sexually attracted to any of my good friends. It would just be awkward.

I'd be more likely to say yes to good acquaintances whom I don't see very often. Who also happen to be hot. That would really help.

It's a gesture of friendship because I'm a natural tipper with all types of service. Sometimes she insists that I don't tip or most of the time I will get free dances on the house. Answer to the question in the OP:

It really, really depends. I don't have any friends that I'd do this for at the moment; but in the right state of mind and with the right friend/couple I might. Not to get involved in the action, but to have that experience I guess.
