I wasn't paying attention at the time because like most sane people I didn't own a Saturn, but was Sonic R a full priced game when it was released?
Because there are like five tracks in that game and I can't imagine any situation or price that I would pay for that game alone and not feel ripped off.
I got it when it was new in 97. I thought it was great, granted I was 8 and thought Sonic games were gifts from gods.
It's longer when you're trying to collect all of the coins and characters... but yeah, still pretty short.
In other news! I just bought a physical copy of the Sonic Generations soundtrack "Blue Blur". It's pretty slick. The packaging is pretty nice and it even comes with some pretty neat stickers. It's a great 3 disc soundtrack with some awesome remixes you may have missed if you didn't play both versions of the game.
