The whole Mexicans busting in and shooting the Irish scene was probably the stupidest thing that has happened all season. All they had to do was ask whether the Irish would sell the guns and Geylan (sp?) would say yes and that would be that. And then Nero magically comes up with half a million to bail out the Sons in exchange for a new 'deal'. We don't know what that deal is right? I'm going to guess it's something else that will require the Sons to stay in the outlaw business instead of going legit as Jax supposedly wants to do.

Am I the only one that was thinking the Irish/Mexican thing was planned for some reason? Jax and Pope were just talking about solving his problem from an outside perspective then the cartel interrupts their meating saying they heard from Pope? Since when does Pope talk to the cartel? Then suddenly Clay has a transit with the Irish and Jax telling Juice to do something?
Thinking it's all cover for how Clay is eventually killed. Don't think it's the irish, but maybe using it as a cover.

Season finale title makes sense to me translated as "I Got This", but what's "Darthy" all about? Maybe I missed something last night.
No, it's like... if you put it in google translate, it means "I got this", but doesn't actually mean anything in French as a phrase. If you were going to say "I got this", you wouldn't say J'ai Obtenu Cette. It's just a literal translations of the words without actually being a phrase that means anything.
There should have been a line about it? Darth Vader.

decent episode, especially liked the beatdown clay got, it's been coming for so long that to finally see it happen was great and very satisfying. my only disappointment was that it didn't last longer.
tara. sigh, what to say about this storyline. just end it already.
I also really liked the talk between jax and pope, it will be crying shame if pope doesn't stick around beyond this season. he's a good character and worthy of more development. if he goes in favour of tig, magazine racks will be toppled and angry tweets will be sent to sutter. the same is also true of nero, I really hope he sticks around. he's another good new character that deserves to be developed.
and oh lord at the Irish storyline possibly resurfacing next season. please lord no, please. I still have nightmares about that season. ugh.
the scene with clay having his tats covered over wasn't particularly interesting or emotional. it came far too late, it's something that really should have happened two, three seasons ago.

Just started watching this season in anticipation of the final and watched to episode 3... Mother fuck that nearly broke my heart - too brutal. So far though the writing and direction seem great.

I love the fact that Lee Toric sounds like he's going to be deconstructing Jax next season; in the same way that Pope and Nero are trying to construct him.

it's the problem with having 10 thousand dangling threads all at the same time all the time.
Which also makes me realize that I bet almost nothing we want to happen in the finale will happen. There are way too many threads that it would be ridiculous to wrap it up in one episode. I expect Clay/Pope/Tara drama will make it into the next season. I also hope Tig doesn't die.

Just finished last night's episode, and a couple of thoughts on it:
Right off the bat, that's some pretty fucked up shit what Jax did to Wendy. Honestly, with some of the WTF moments that's happened this season, what Jax did to Wendy to get her off his family's back was up there next to Pope setting Traeg's daughter on fire. He pretty much re-junkied her.
I honestly think Traeg will split to Belfast with Clay before Jax has a chance to deliver him to Pope, fucking that deal over.
Clay's lucky that Bobby wanted to bring that home invasion stuff to the table, else he'd be dead, but of course that's not stopping Jax from going outside of the club.
On top of most of the club not knowing that Clay contracted Galindo to hit Tara, no one outside of Jax, Unser, and Gemma know the real reason why Clay killed Piney. If they did, Clay would've been dead long before this episode.

Had a dream the other night where I was voted out of the club and Jax was the one to kill me. He was super nice about it and said it'd be quick and all that. He put the gun (silenced) to my head and killed me. It was super creepy like I felt my eyes just shut on their own and I fell onto a couch.
