1) Because it airs during prime-time hours.

2) Because Microsoft and EA have agreed to make their press conferences a certain length to fit a TV time slot.

Can somebody please tell me which of the time zones in the list is the one for me? This is my time zone (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=226), but there's nothing in the list that indicates UTC/GMT. I'm very very bad at figuring out this stuff, so any help will appreciated.

Oh shit, I didn't realise the Sony one is going to be 11am my time I thought it was like 04:00am for some reason so I'd just go to bed and wake up to all the news.

My friend also was regular (student exchange and later work ). Word is that Destiny of Spirits is a F2P RPG for Vita and it is not from FromSoftware. Maybe it could work like PSO2?

Also, Arthur Gies of Polygon and "secret sauce" fame has heard about the downclocking rumors from a source but the reasoning is because of the longevity of the Xbox One. It would last for 3 years before the hardware fails if it stayed at the current rumored clock speed. But if it were to downclock then it would increase the life of the hardware to 5 years.

LRFFXIII has worse textures than a PS2 game!

Destiny of Spirits is for the vita. It's not from FROM. I haven't seen it but it doesn't sound very exciting. Hoping i'm wrong.

I know there's less prying eyes in here... I didn't want to post too much in that other thread because it was getting a major amount of attention.


I actually know nothing about DoS other than it's a F2P rpg. I'm hoping that DDQ and this prove me wrong about the F2P model on games outside of stuff like Montezuma... but my initial reaction was bleh. But, again, that's the extent of what I know. It may be the best F2P game ever invented. In three years of iOS and android gaming though I don't think I've played a F2P rpg that I enjoyed...


F2P works fine for puzzle games, shooters, mobas and MMOs. But otherwise... well, we'll see.
