Man, I haven't been playing bad but team ketchup randoms suuuuuuuuuuck. If I'm outturfing y'all with the bucket and getting the most kills while trying to support...? C'mon son. XD
 
Finally had my fill and maxed out!

I'm expecting this team to have the most votes, if mostly Ketchup vs. Ketchup is any indication, but hoping to win at least one of the other two points (Solo or Team).
 
Nothing but disconnects, this is getting ridiculous. Only need 40 more points to get max, but who even knows at this rate. Gotta love how they block you as well
 
seeing people with ~2000 ranking seems insane as I'm kinda stuck at around 1700 and my brain can't get better with motion controls :(
 
Made it to Queen status. First time getting that title as well, as it always took too long to reach in the first game. The point bonuses really help this time around.

My Max is 2100, but I had a nasty losing streak that brought me down to the 1600s. Back up to the 1800s, but about to go out so I probably won't get up there again

It's just so.... stupid that you can't use the stick for vertical aiming.

Score can easily be a function of the weapon you're using too. Splattershot Jr. is great for inking over turf quickly, awesome consistent coverage even though it's short range.

It's taking forever to find matches in team mode. It was nice to win for a change though. Don't have to worry about afk randoms haha.
 
OK, how much Splatoon do you have to play to reach level FORTY FUCKING ONE?!?!?

I mean, Jesus Christ, buddy, do you have time to sleep? Or are you just really lucky with those double XP tickets from Salmon Run? I can't imagine you're getting all that XP from ranked because you weren't anything special when I played against you but still. How on Earth does anyone reach that level so soon after the game launched? Even with that infinite ticket glitch they patched out I barely see anyone above 30 or so, but 40? That's insane! I feel like this is a prelude to some news article about a kid dying in a cyber cafe in Hong Kong from playing too much Splatoon.

Yeah. It's as if it's trying hard to find mayo teams, but then just grabs a ketchup team when it can't find any

I'm at Level 34 without any food tickets at all (guess I really should start using those... have six Doublers from Salmon Run). I'd probably be right around 41 if I was actually using the tools at my disposal. So, if they have the same amount of playtime as me, the answer to your question is "about 105 hours."

Now, the Level 48 I saw last night...
 
huh I just had a neon green vs blue purple match... never seen these colors...
weird considering it's all mayo vs ketchup right now...

...Is this a glitch? In the city with the crowd watching Off the Hook, I see a lot of jellies dancing on the heads of the inklings. It doesn't look like its intentional - the jelly and inkling are doing their own things, not interacting. Did the game try to load both characters in the same place and end up stacking them?
 
Had a fucking awesome match then. Won by .2% and took me up to 2100.2 Mayo Power.

Made a sniper shit their pants. Their shots got more and more panicked from their perch until I popped up over the ledge and they threw a grenade and leapt off.

Splatted them mid-jump. >=D

Its intentional. They've always been stacked on top of their teammates here.

I think it's just the Jellys trying to get a higher view since they're so small. I hope it's intentional, cuz it's cute.
