I really hope Nintendo tweaks Salmon Run. Not that I dislike Turf War at all, but some days I just don't feel like a Versus style game. Co-op though? I'm never not in the mood.

I lost a few last night but won most against mayo. I feel like ketchup got this!
Pearls is way cooler than Marina, Marina is such a weak character
i kinda agree tbh she looks good but her character is okayish. Pearl has more personality.

They need to tweak the rewards ASAP. The reward system is so motivating but you play this mode for 2 hours and you can literally see how they went out of ideas and just gives you the same stupid shirt over and over again and nothing else. That's a shame and such wasted potential.
But I don't really know what they could change besides different items that only look different, It's not like Items in this game have different stats or special features or optical effects, Splatoon doesn't have that and without this they already limited them self with their own limited item system. It's not a Diablo or general RPG system were we can grind for special amazing items but the Salmon run would be perfect for that, it's a shame.

So we all agree "Muck Warfare" is the best new track, right? (Although I prefer the Japanese title, "Red Hot Egoist")

I agree, it's catchy and unique. Very different from the first Splatoon soundtrack.
They should give you items you can use exclusively in Salmon Run. And give those items Salmon Run-exclusive abilities, like "shoot a Fly Fish in the face."
There's a lot of ways they could add depth to Salmon Run, really. New maps, new bosses, new wave types, etc.
I saw that post... Was a bit off-putting honestly..
Content updates are only a year.
Only Splatfest is 2 years.

I personally like Acid Hues more. Something about it remains me of Mega Man X. Plus the song for Splatfest is awesome.

Ninja squid for stealth and the element of surprise. However, you'll definitely want to consider pairing it with some swim speed ups as well.
Depends on your weapon type. Ambush weapons like the brushes get a lot of mileage out of ninja squid but longer range weapons don't see nearly as much benefit.
Depends. If you like to sneak around, Ninja Squid. Extremely good if you have short range weapons like an Aero, Roller, a brush, or the bucket. Even long distance weapons like the Charger can use it to escape an ambush. Pair with Cold Blood and Stealth Jump to became the ultimate ambrusher.
Also you can get ink resistance in your secondary slots if you grind. But overall, ink resistance is one of the best overall skills since it's useful no matter your play style.
The best one of the bunch. Was pumped up every time it played.
I do use my octobrush the most in ranked...but I also don't have any clothing items with swim speed up.

I change outfit depending on the modes also. Ninja Squid makes me swim slower and I find it useless in Splat Zones for example. Turf War though...
The best powerup was Ink Damage but it's gone.
Swimming faster is kind of minor, imo, but if you want can try to grind for Swim Up in your secondary slot.
Acid Hues is so good, I feel like I actually play better with this song because it just gets me hyped, sounds so cool as your ducking and weaving in, out and around the ink.
I love Party's Over too, I don't mind losing when this track is playing, so chill.

Yeah it was worse in the first game. The difference of winning and losing at King/Queen was six snails (24 and 18)
Not so much anymore. Have to go to Twitch for the newer stuff now because of some Twitch rules. =

Yeah. Vinny said that Youtube restreaming is no longer a thing because Twitch is cracking down on an exclusivity clause.
Full Sauce will still be on Youtube but you'll have to wait for them.
Sucks cos I can't use Twitch at work but live Youtube isn't an issue. Even the Twitch app sucks. =

I just bought the green/pink joy-cons, they look great and after calibration they work great - however in splatoon everytime I wake the switch the right one drifts until I set the controller down, thing is after this it works perfectly until I sleep the switch again.
Anyone else get this issue?.
