Nintendo World Store is the only one. Midnight releases don't seem to happen much any more.

Reached Rank 8 yesterday. It's really a bummer that the default mode has so few maps, I hope they'll add the new batch soon.
I also find it funny that each time I start playing I'm terrible during my first few matches but after that I can consistently get 900+ points and am usually the first in my team. After all those years of casually playing FPS games on the PC not being terrible feels weird.
