This pretty much reflects my story as well. I'm normally beast with snipers in other games but the charger weapon type in this... Oh boy. To say I am TERRIBLE would be doing the term an injustice. Why am I finding them so hard to use when I go 3:0 KD with other weapons? Not to mention they are easily the worst weapon at laying paint. I think I'm missing the entire point of the weapon.
 
Bought my copy along with the amiibo bundle just a little while ago.



Looking forward to getting stuck in to it over the weekend.
 
Man this game is F-U-N. It really feels like something like Mario Kart, in which it takes a genre and just completely turns it into it's own special thing.

I'm guessing the charger is better suited for ranked play. Though I have seen players do well with it, such as bluesilver.

I thought this was gonna suck ass hearing it in the reviews and stuff, but the matchmaking had been blazing quick for me. There's like 7 seconds tops in between matches, not even really enough time to switch. And the reviews made it seem like you had to go back into the town, but you can do it from the search screen.

But yeah, it probably should still be an option. I could see it being annoying in friend matches.

Wow that is a huge bummer. I was planning on picking it up tomorrow too. Now I'll be waiting for a price drop. :/
 
For the charger, try aiming with a more upwards angle to create a long path ahead of you, traverse it, and repeat. if you find any opposition retreat through the path to a safe distance; the enemy won´t be able to follow you through your ink and once you're out of danger you have the range advantage. In essence, you have to play totally different than with any other weapon. Perching on a high spot and sniping people is another option, but: a) you won´t be able to paint much floor this way and b) any smart opponent will find a way to get you with a grenade for example.

Yesterday I had a match where one guy had only scored 46 points. The next match he was on my team again and I saw him sporting a charger and shooting it repeatedly without charging while looking totally towards the floor. I told him "Nice!" and went on my way.

Yeah, it's not the wait that annoys me, it's that we have a nice group going and if I leave for 5 seconds, I miss a whole match because the group just goes on without me no matter what.

I'd also love lobby voice chat and a way to ping the map to draw allied attention to a spot.

Oh, shoot. I forgot about those. I was thinking more like touching the pad, but that works.

I hope there's another kit I can get with the .52 Gal. I love the gun, but I'm not the biggest fan of the paint wall. It's very situational and sometimes I just want a bomb.

European amazons (not sold by third) has been scalping amiibos since the third wave. I understand free pricing when is getting lower pricers, but that shit had to be illegal to do when trying to go up.
