It hasn't turned me off games just gaming culture. Watching people's reaction has become more sad than funny.
I plan to keep playing games through E3 and try to read the news without the reactions or spin.
Well after listening to the drivel people spewed, I realised this year for my Wii U I want:
- Yoshi's Wooly World (EU gets in 9 days...HYPE!)
- Super Mario Maker.
- Mario Tennis (maybe...depends on the Single Player Portion).
- Xenoblade Chronicles.
- Star Fox.
Pretty good line-up, but I can add the 3DS games too:
- Triforce Heroes (if my friend gets it as well as my co-op depends on her).
- Happy Home Designer (Could be a fun distraction).
And Xbox One:
- Forza 6 (GOTY maybe for me)
- Halo 5 (might not play it, but always nice to have around).
- Rainbow Six Siege (might be PC version and only if Terror Hunt is good).
And PC:
- American Truck Simulator (love me some Euro Truck Sim 2).
- More announced soon at the PC Gamer Show probably.
So yeah...I think i'll live this year, despite what others think.
Though I do find the few people I've seen that have been saying they're selling their Wii U because of this conference pretty silly.
Yeah, I mean I get the Wii U is nearing the end probably, but there's still decent games coming, geez.
I'm kind of just waiting for the show to end right now honestly, even though I'm enjoying the Treehouse segments. I just want a pick-me-up again after a good deal of presentations leaving me bummed.
Yeah, i'll return after the PC Gamer Show to see the new weapons and then come back at the Weekend for sure.
