Sun Tzu never said anything specific about winning and losing. Sun Tzu was also saying that if you know yourself and your enemy and he's a lot stronger than you are, you would be wise not to engage in a battle with that enemy. It's not about winning and losing, it's about knowing when to fight.

Man... that really shows how disappointing the art is for Steins;Gate's anime. Why couldn't they make the art look all filtery looking for the anime?
