Karneval is without a doube the best from this current season for me and my desires from anime. And as a mecha enthusiast Valvrave has provided in that regard, and lastly, Hataraku Maou Sama (Devil is a Part Timer) is a hilarious and best comedy.
Okay, I'm not sure if I've watch this show before or not. This opening scene is so damn similar to a show I have a vague memory of, but the OP is unfamiliar and I don't remember anything past that. idk, it's odd; I have no idea what show I'm thinking of. But then again the whole "gone for a while," the parents, the setting, and the potential drama club point seem really familiar. Have I seen this before? wtf, I can't decide.
Oh and there better be a twist where all the girls are actually human-insect hybrids cause that's the only way you can explain their weird ass designs.
I do like the English Dub team though. David Matranga (Tomoya here, Takaki in 5cm per Second, d'Eon in Le Chevalier d'Eon) has a great protagonist voice (though some of the cast have a lot more mature voices than what I was expecting for high school kids)
That fight scene felt so badly out of place.
I think I'll stick with the series for now, I can definitely feel the bittersweet potential already.

I saw the beginning of Kanon, but a no to the other two. I'm still really confused because Kanon doesn't open with that hill climb in countering the main girl like that, does it? Or dealing with a defunct drama club? It's been awhile.
Should I be watching the dubbed version of Clannad cause so far I have been rolling with the sub. Keep in mind I didn't like almost all anime dubs I heard including Cowboy Bebop.

Several of the female voices in Clannad are pretty annoying, though its basically most of the same voices in most Sentai anime...Fuko and Nagisa are just not good.
Well, I don't want to shock anyone with this terrible spoiler, but...THE PRECURES WON! Mostly thanks to Porun continuing to be awesome. Go Porun go!
Mepple and Mipple then promptly decided to
fall into an "eternal sleep"
. Yeah, sure. We'll see how long that lasts. I vote until the first episode of Max Heart. Do I win a prize?
Meanwhile,
inspired by the Cures that this world was where he wanted to be, Kiriya disappeared in a shower of rainbow sparkles (no, seriously, this is actually what happened) and was reincarnated as a REAL BOY. With no memories of his former existence, of course.
BITTERSWEET HAPPY END.
And because final episodes are, like, legally obliged to have a graduation scene, Nagisa and Sidekick graduated from their second year. That means Fujimura will be going off to a different school. OH NOES! Nagisa was barely able to talk to him when they were at the same school, how will she ever manage now?! Good thing she still has the osananajimi sidekick card to play.
So yeah, a satisfying ending to a satisfying series. I'd like to take this opportunity to rank the five Very Best Parts of Futari wa Precure (completely off the top of my head so I'm probably missing all the important ones)!
5. The stunning finale where the Cures smash the Queen into a billion pieces. What-do-you-mean-that-didn't-happen.
4. Every lacrosse game ever because as we have established it is the greatest sport.
3. The final fight with Kiriya that was filled with the feels.
2. Mepple, Mipple and Porun trying to play shiritori even though ALL THE WORDS end in "po".
1. NAGISA. Anyone who didn't see this one coming should be attacked by a Zakenna. Nagisa is adorable and I want to send her all the love letters and do all sorts of unspeakable things with her that will cause her to make the best embarrassed face ever. Pairing her with Honoka is not allowed (except possibly in doujins) because they have achieved a level of friendship far beyond such things. Pairing her with Shiho is acceptable, but I want in on that action too. Pairing her with Fujimura is totally okay because look at her face it would make her so happy d'awwwwwwwww!
Anyway, there are definitely things I could list about what I liked for Futari wa, but I already wrote my general thoughts on every Precure series (which I have the entire post for it in the back).
Your comments might actually soften the blow for Max Heart.... and probably why I was capable of withstanding it more than everyone else. Next series will give you the Citizen Kane of Pretty Cures, aka Shiny Luminous.

5- that was good
4- You have no idea i hope you love sports for the next hundred episodes.
3- Quite great , give a nice sense of closure
2- Only part where poron was associated with comedy that worked.
1- I'm a Cure white fan , but i can understand your feeligns.
I should have known they would have made Nonoka's episode bad. I had hope that it would have been atleast a decent episode; enough for me to have enjoyed watching anyway. Instead, I'm now left with bitterness, disappointment, and the tiniest tinge of joy over the hand bra scene.
Probably would have drop this if there wasn't 3 episodes left. Now, I'm better off just going back to the superior omnibus show to watch sex hair again.

Oh boy, I look forward to your future posts filled with nothing but your tears.
I watched the show with subs. Mostly because the Japanese Voice actors of Tomoya and Nagisa are voiced by the two people who voiced Gray and Juvia in Fairy Tail. I should get to the English dub sometime.

A manga about a porn addict sucked into a fantasy world who conquers women by attacking them with his "sword of light" doesn't sound very SDBurton... Have I missed something?
had his power stolen and is currently seeking the holy seeth to get it back. A demon has taken advantage of this to get rid of all men and turn every woman into a demon that'll live forever.

This week's fetish: lolis wearing nothing but pantsu. Admittedly it was restricted to the first ten minutes or so of the episode, but they got plenty of it in there. And I saw another glimpse of loli pantsu later. So yeah. I can't really complain about this turn of events. (Even if new girl is rather young even by loli standards...)
At any rate, the important thing about this episode is that Kiri and Iwai continue to be a really cute couple. The second most important thing about this episode is that Iwai gets to be
Goddamn this seems so familiar yet it doesn't. The whole girl with the stars thing? Remembered that. The Dongos? Yep. The deadbeat dad and the drama club? Yeah. Even the
"I can't play basketball anymore"
ending seemed familiar. But everything else? No. :/

Transformation sequences are nice but I don't need to sit through them every single time nor do I need to watch one of the mascots poop out a magical seed on every occasion. I also do not need to sit through an episode that reminds me I need to finish all of my summer homework and others like it so yeah, skipping around a ton in Heartcatch is part of what led me to have such a high opinion of the show. Come at me bros!
