I've been having some success with 11p 18h against Toss, most successful when they forge expand. I've run into a couple Toss smart enough to put cannons within range of their nexus, but often they put them near the ramp, allowing all my lings to get surface area/dmg on the Nexus as it builds.
Also I wound up giving up on ZvZ, deciding to just 14p 21h like the old days....and it's working. I quickly transition into defense banelings, survive the first attacks, and go from there. Pretty much the only map I'll 15h on it Tal'Darim. That new, "big" map...meh. I keep losing on it when I try 15h

I saw a lot of the end of that game and couldn't understand why he kept remaxing with Roaches. I guess it ensured the terran couldn't really push, but a better player could have exploited that time before the brood lords were out.
I'm kind of surprised we don't see more multi hatch/fewer queen end game set ups.
They build fast, move fast, and are decent for the larva you use to make them.
1a macro that shit yo. As long as T doesn't get a giant death ball just slam shit into them to keep tank numbers down.

Just searching for map name would probably be easiest way. They should be on KR server but it requires people to upload them to other servers :/
Huh. The only one that I got back was Cloud Kingdom. I searched for Metropolis, and got back 2 Metalopolis maps and 2 tower defenses. Lawinenbahn returned no results. Isle in the Sky gave nothing as well.

Played a few games on the ladder today. First was a PvP where the guy tried to 4 gate me. Walked up my ramp got half his army FF'd and killed. His solution? Try again and lose another bunch of units. Then he sat his army in my natural whilst he proxied a robo and i caught him by surprise and slaughtered what he had left.
The next PvP the guy stole my gas and then got ultra defensive for an incoming 4 gate. I got my observer out and saw he was building almost nothin but sentries. I decided to go phoenix and i denied all scouting of my base. After the first big engagement he laughs at me thinking he was way ahead (he wasn't). After my phoenix sniped a bunch of probes and a collosus as it appeared he deciced to all in and i crushed his army. He then raged after the match and put me on ignore calling me a nerd over and over.
The next game was another PvP (switched back to SEA) where the guy cannon rushed me. When i realised what was going on i quickly walled off at my ramp with pylons (he could have already had his probe in and probably won but blew it). His probe couldn't get up so his cannons did no damage. I then rushed to blink stalkers and killed him.
Then i faced 2 terrans who both 111'd me and i beat them both. I feel pretty confident against it now. Usually the banshee harass does no damage to me any more and that makes it very hard for them to win.

Try making constantly making units that kill them.
Not my problem you have to balance injects, gas, time to remake counters, and pump enough lings/roaches to counter smaller groups of stimmed marines.
If you aren't remaking infestors and banes mid fight then you die to the 20 seconds+ where marines have free reign of 1at'ing all over your expos.

One problem is, being aggresive as Z implies that you need to build something else then drones, which makes you slack in the eco department which will kill you in the mid/late game.

What sort of strats are working in ZvX nowadays? I haven't played the game for nearly 7 so I'm way behind in the metagame. I got placed into Diamond on KR but I get the feeling I'm dropping down to Plat very soon. Bah.

1. Stop talking to Skype and Vent while playing
2. Stop thinking about girls and WoW while playing
3. Stop trying to over-complicate things when scouting. Three gate robo does NOT mean DTs are coming.
4. Ok so I've got map control and I see a medivac coming to my main. DON'T FUCKING OVERREACT AND SEND MY WHOLE ARMY STIMMING.
5. Stop BMing. Just because you made an impossible split against speed banelings on creep doesn't mean the zerg is A moving (even if they are, don't BM).
6. If a protoss starts putting a little pressure with a zealot and stalker, don't BM him.
7. Banshees isn't cheese unless they're coming from double port. Don't BM him.

He was put in the up and downs after last season and in his group he went 1-3 so he will be in code a this season.
