I have a feeling it won't be called PS6. Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue well.
No. They must fulfill the prophecy.

I do have to be prepared that, stellar blade’s eve could suddenly become much older, darker in skin color, and much uglier face with this new trailer and that might explain the delay, if that happens, then fuck Sony. Gotta prepare myself for some heartbreak moment because Sony does not have a good track record on female chars designs.

So... out of curiosity, what does it take to consider a female character design good?

Why would you conflate having darker skin with being older and ugly? :pie_thinking:

You'll never get the answer you're looking for. Some posters here are masters of riding that edge of extreme risk with takes, but they'll either turn questions like yours back on you, or play innocent, or simply never respond.

Maybe one day I should make a dialogue tree of how these moments go.

Imagine Half-Life Alyx getting announced for PSVR2, that'd be mental.
Won't happen though, feels like it would've happened by now.
They must've at least tried backing up a truckload of money to Valves office, because by now PSVR2 feels like its in a pretty wierd place.

I was apprehensive before jumping in, but there are some great games already out and some on the horizon.

This looks pretty good and in my wishlist.

Why would that'd be mental? It's a 3 year old game already and to top it all of it won't be as good on PSVR2 as on Valve Index assuming you have a really solid rig. It was a game that was specifically made to take advantage of the Index.

Yeah, it would be a good bonus for PSVR2 owners but too say it would be mental is just an overstatement.

Man, this was possible on a base PS4 in 2016… more than seven(!) years ago. What the hell is this damn industry is doing really? Like they decided in 2020 that “we don’t care anymore, let’s burn this shit down”
Tbf Naughty Dog hasn't released a current-gen game yet.
Neither have Sony's other major studios.

Ok, mental might be a bit of an overstatement but it would definitely be something that I think could lead to a higher adoption rate of PSVR2 due to the critical acclaim of Alyx. I think they were hoping that Horizon Call of the Mountain would be that but it ended up getting a pretty lukewarm response.

Going in with low expectations. Hoping to be surprised. Sony’s messaging is right to keep the hype in check.

Anyone thinking this’ll be an A is being a fool.

I would not mind getting more of Helldivers 2; The game looks really fun. But at this point, it is clear that Sony needs a few more studios under its wings.

The Last of Us Remake was released by ND unless I'm missing something?

"Fully rebuilt from the ground up for the PS5"- their words, and while it looks great its nothing that out of the ordinary.Nothing that screams next gen,I think Forbidden West and Demon's Souls Remake still remain the best looking games this gen.God of War Ragnarok went by like a wet fart nd Spiderman 2 ain't looking that much improved over Miles Morales which didn't look bad by any means but doesn't scream next gen either so that won't change anything.

Lets be honest here, the moment 4k and 60 fps became the norm any actual massive graphical improvements went out the window.Maybe on PS6 we'll see something unless devs go back to 1080p or 30 fps we won't see any massive jumps.

Fair enough, I completely forgot about the Remake.

Though, it's debatable if we should consider it a next-gen game.
The design of TLOU Remake is still that of the PS4 game, after all.

It's going to suck because Blooper Team is pants but it is Silent Hill 2 so...
It seems like a 1:1 remake and its not like Silent Hill is known for its state of the art gameplay systems so unless they mess with the original material they can't really fuck it up.

I honestly still feel Part 2 is more impressive graphically.Mechanically it's not even a debate.Part 1 dissapointed me the most that it didnt include the mobility of Part 2.Such a missed oportunity.

What time is it?

The camera perspective is changed so it isn't 1:1 and you underestimate how bad Blooper Team is.

That's a shame.
I haven't bought it, so I can't comment on it, but I'm curious to see what they will do with their first proper PS5-title.
